Great floor plan! Easy short walk to beach, quiet street. Overall the house is great. Has everything you need! I would recommend to all homeowners to install gates/ latches at doors and stairways that are hard to reach for small children as this is a safety concern for small children! Only bad thing I can say is the cleaning crew does not clean very well, but this was addressed with management and taken care of!

The house is very well equipped for a home away from home. The kitchen is stocked with all necessities and has plenty of storage for food and plenty of counter space for food preparation. The beds are very comfortable. And bedrooms are spacious. The house is well maintained and very clean. The back overlooks a tidal creek, so the view is peaceful. The big screen porch and big outside deck offers lots of outdoor space for eating, rocking, gathering! The house is just a minute’s walk to the beach. So convenient. You are within a mile of shopping, groceries and eateries. Other restaurants are within a quick drive. This house and location offers a perfect setting for a relaxing, fun time at Edisto !

Quick walk to the beach so people could come and go as they pleased. Loved the screened in porch for the young adults to be noisy while the little kids had the living room. Lots of eating spots for family dinners. Great hang out spot under the deck for late nights and room for hosing the sand off. Shady trees helped keep the house cooler.

Overall the house was great. There were not enough wash cloths for a week's stay. Please make sure all beds are changed. All the doors in the house either stuck or drug the floor. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking . There was plenty of seating for a large group

The home is well appointed, we had a house full but were all very comfortable. It is an extremely quick drive to most restaurants, and shops, on the island. Our family will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Edisto!

The kitchen was very well equipped, and we appreciated being able to do a fair amount of cooking during the week. It was comfortable, accessible, and very functional. We liked the large and comfortable bedrooms and living room. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals and I loved to see the birds from the kitchen window!

Not sure what happened to the Adirondack chairs on the deck, as they weren't there when we arrived. There is essentially NO cabinet space for dry goods leaving you to use the countertops as storage therefore leaving no room to prep for meals.

Great house with a yard for children. Screened porch was a big plus. We put lots of miles on the tree swing.

The decks and screened porches space were awesome for game nights, watching evening storms, or reading. The kids enjoyed the tidal creek behind the house and they loves the swing. Checking in was simple as was checking out and making next years reservation. Towels and sheets were provided as well as the cleaning after check out. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and the rooms and beds were perfect for that number. There was plenty of seating in the living room that was very comfortable. My favorite part was the beautiful yard. My husband and I would have coffee every morning in the screened in porch and we do enjoyed the lovely trees wirh the Spanish moss and the birds flitting around. Just a beautiful setting.

This is my first experience with Atwood and I will say it will most likely be my last. The first night we were there we experienced a storm. This in turn caused HUNDREDS of caterpillars to infest the house. Under the house was the worst then they moved to the front/back porches and inside the house. I called and was told there was nothing they could do. My other friends in other homes had no problem getting their house sprayed. These pests got into our beach tent and chairs chewing holes is them. MOST uncomfortable and I was very disappointed in service. Not relaxing while we were at home for fear of the pests getting on us.
