We arrived to find a very clean and furnished home. Close to anything you may need … everything went smooth & we enjoyed our stay. Would likely rent this property again.

We were thrilled to never need the car except for one day when we went out of the downtown area. Convenient to everything someone comes to NotL for and would likely stay again if in the area. We really loved relaxing on the balcony rain or shine while enjoying morning coffee and people/pup watching. Budapest Bakeshop, Cheese Secrets, Nina Gelateria and Greaves were some favorite stops.
Just a heads up for light sleepers like me, bring earplugs if you don't travel with them. The backyard butts against the hotel so lots of car doors and a pub across the street so good weather means motorcycles closing them out.

Ideal location for 3 couples for a visit to NOTL! Each couple has their own ensuite bathroom; fully equipped kitchen, lovely second floor deck, porch and backyard deck, and onsite parking (very important!) Location in the heart of downtown means literally just steps to everything. Seamless communication with property management; would definitely recommend and return!

Summerhill House is ideally situated just around the corner from Queen Stree….main drag in NOTL. Every single detail in the house was first class and the landlord thought of simply everything. Three nice bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else and hope to return soon.

Five adults totally enjoyed attending the Shaw , wine tastings, shopping and dinner in town and wineries. Rental home exactly as posted and location was perfect to walk to plays and enjoy the beautiful scenery on the streets of the town. Particularly enjoyed the balcony for wine and charcuterie in the afternoon and coffee in the morning. Will definitely return again ☀️

My husband and I spent the weekend at the Summer House. We are repeat guests and absolutely love the cottage. It’s location can’t be beat…it’s close to EVERYTHING! We spent many hours relaxing on the porch, taking in the views and playing air hockey downstairs. We’ll be back again for sure!

Perfect location for 3 couples! We loved having 3 bedrooms, each with our own bathroom. The house was clean and tidy. So close to the bike trails, Niagara River and Lake Ontario! So great to be able to walk across the street to the Irish pub, coffee shop and bakery. Loved having our coffee on the upstairs deck. We would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at the Summerhill House. You can't beat the location and the private baths in each bedroom along with the local lavender soap products were wonderful. It was perfect and our family and we enjoyed our coffee each morning on the upper deck. My only negative is the kitchen could use a few more large pots/pans/serving bowls if people want to cook (which we did one night). We would highly recommend; it was a great place and location!

What a fantastic property! The home (definitely a home, not a house) was beautiful, immaculate, and in an absolutely perfect location. We loved every moment we spent there - from early morning coffee around the large kitchen/dining table to a late glass of wine out on the back deck. Many late mornings/early afternoons were spent on the front porch enjoying the scenery and people watching. We walked everywhere and enjoyed all the shops and parks that were steps away. I can't imagine staying anywhere else should we return to the beautiful Niagara on the Lake.

This property exceeded all expectations. The house was in perfect condition. The location could not be better. It is right in the heart of Niagara On The Lake. Walking to most locations was easy. The lake is just a few short blocks away. We were able to get to everything we wanted to do in a very short time. The house was perfect for 3 couples. We each had our own bedrooms and baths. The common areas were cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. We really could not have asked for any better. Thanks so much for having this available to rent!

Amazing Stay!
The home is perfectly situated, close to downtown shopping and restaurants (I highly recommend the Irish Pub across the street). It is spacious, yet cozy, beautifully decorated and has everything that you would need for a perfect get-away. We would absolutely love to go back again this summer and enjoy the upper floor’s porch and watch the carriages go by.

Family Get-away!
We loved our stay at this wonderfully appointed home. The location is ideal and loved that each bedroom had it's own on suite bath. We were supposed to have a family vacation in Mexico but had to cancel and decided on NOTL and Summerhill House. We did not go wrong! We chef'd in the great kitchen, played in the games room and enjoyed the balcony in mid December!
Our trip here has provided our family great memories to cherish! Thank you it was a terrific stay, we will come again!

Supplies and compliments!
You haven’t put an open suggestion so will write here. Very, very well equipped but could have used roasting pan, cake pans & cookie sheets maybe even muffin tins. We made a late thanksgiving dinner for the family and that would have been helpful. We will definitely be back. Felt like home and so conveniently located to shops, restaurants and historical sites.

fabulous location in a beautiful town
Check in was a breeze and it was great to celebrate the weekend with our son and his house mate as they study at Western and we live in Winnipeg.
There were some stains on the carpets and a hair on the ledge of our shower. We needed WiFi for a couple of hours of work and found it not very good upstairs. We did enjoy the location very much, had a fabulous dinner our first night at Treadwell, bought our food for the other dinners at Harvest Barn. The beds were super comfortable! We loved sitting on the front porch with a coffee from Balzac across the road.

Great house in amazing location
The house is charming, very clean, and quite spacious however it’s best feature is the amazing location. It is right across the street from Balzac’s Coffee and around the corner from the main strip of Niagara on the Lake’s charming downtown. There are also some great amenities for kids here (foosball, air hockey). Would bring my family back again in a heartbeat.
