Le 1er contact avec la propriétaire était plutôt sympa. La chambre est agréable, bien aménagée avec tous les équipements. Idéalement située en plein centre ville.

La chambre est située au dessus d'un Bar très animé ce soir-là (un samedi de février). A en croire la propriétaire, c'est moi qui n'ai vraiment pas eu de chance... Et de nombreux commentaires semblent confirmer cette version ("calme"). Pourtant, avec le niveau de décibels, les vibrations et les pulsations des basses, ce soir-là, à 23h30, j'ai quitté la chambre pour aller trouver un hôtel ailleurs (et oui, j'avais réservé une chambre pour pouvoir... dormir! me levant très tôt le lendemain matin). La propriétaire a paru surprise, n'a pas fait preuve d'une grande compréhension lorsque je l'ai appelée. Elle prétend qu'elle n'y peut rien, ce que j'aurais volontiers cru si elle n'avait pas nié être dirigeante de la chambre et du bar alors que societe.com indique le contraire (la chambre SCI 2EB et le bar SAS L'Estaminet ont le même dirigeant). Mystère... Disons alors que c'est "la faute à pas de chance"... ?! Vous aurez peut-être plus de chance que moi?...

Very comfortable beds. Perfect location.

10+++/A+++ very quiet location on "people only zone". Public parking was about 1 block ++ away, very easy. very nice little apartment and clean. Enough electrical outlets. Great stocked kitchen, even Belgium beer glasses and nice wine glasses. EXCELLENT location Great communications Good WiFi.

Elevator would have been nice, but I knew about this at time of booking. i would return....10 ++++/A++++ stay.

Location is right in the middle of downtown near a number of good restaurants. Small one bedroom studio with a kitchenette all in one room Small bathroom with shower. Met my expectations for a basic accommodation for one night.

Great location in the middle of everything. The studio is neat, clean, tidy and comfortable. We'd like to stay here again:)

It was difficult to park the bike in this accommodation.

Great location, very big room. All that was needed for a self contained stay. The area was quieter than expected at night, being on a street in the middle of town.

Could see this being very hot in the summer as I didn't see any AC. There is a grating right at the front door, so don't drop the keys.

The location was great, bars and restaurants were nearby. Access was by a key safe which worked great for us. It took us a bit of driving round to find parking, but we got our barings there was a lot of free parking within easy parking of the apartment.
