The location is great for el centro and to get to the boat tours, they’re a very short walk away. Easy access to tons of stuff. The staff is great and very friendly. Tip: this should be natural but be sure to be chatty and friendly with the staff, it goes a long way. The restaurant is great, recommend the half board for breakfast and dinner.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay and it’s a nice hotel, but the building, rooms and decor could use freshening.

The accommodation was really comfortable and so spacious!! and clean. The staff very friendly and the food delicious!! I couldn't choose a better placer for my stay in San Andres. Also the location, very close to the center and places of entertainment. I would definatey comeback and recommend it.

The internet on the island is poor, however, I managed to put myself in a strategic point in my room to get the signal.

I love the food, the friendly staff, and great location and price! I will stay here again.

The bed was not soft

The staff were excellent, kind and very helpful. We could use the facilities like swimming pool and gym from other hotels and the hotel gave us towels for the beach.

At the dinner or breakfast time we were not allowed to get coffee or drink ourselves, but it was not a big deal. The staff would serve us anyway.

Excellent service, staff is always willing to serve. facilities are great and there is the advantage to use the pool in the other hotel locations. Food was amazing and variate every day.
