This property was perfect for our friends and family. They had all the necessities we needed, almost felt like home.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a large family group and everyone slept great. There is plenty of table seating, two tables with ten chairs total. It was nice to be able to use the garage opener and park in the garage.

The house comfortably sleeps 9 not 12. There is no place in the house for 9 people to comfortably gather. The family room with its oversized furniture seats six. The dining room on the other end of the house seats six. There is a raised floor running through the middle of the house separating the dining area and family room offering a tripping hazard. The stair case is extremely steep with just one handrail installed at too low a level to offer assistance. The kitchen is too small for a large group. It appears that it was stocked from a thrift store with a mishmash of plates, pans and a pot. We were unaware until 1 ½ hours before our check in time that we would have to pay $50/day to heat the spa. The property management did not respond to our calls or emails when we checked in. After a couple of hours we called again to get the instructions for turning on the heat. It took 24 hours for the spa to heat. We asked for a refund for one day. The property management categorized their lack of responsiveness as “weather related” and refused the refund. The outside garbage receptacles were overflowing when we arrived on a Wednesday. Garbage day was Saturday. We were told it would be $100 charge to have midweek garbage pickup so garbage accumulated inside the house for 3 days. We were not given a code for the gate to take the garbage out on Saturday. The property management suggested we take the oversized outdoor bins through the house and out the front door. Fortunately the pool maintenance person came and gave us the gate code. The internet access posted along with numerous warning signs throughout the house about fines for this and that was incorrect. There were not enough blankets in the house. The deadbolt on the door in the garage to access the backyard is installed incorrectly rendering that door very insecure from intruders. The primary bathroom does not have a fan. The bathroom fan in the other bathroom is inoperable. I had the unfortunate experience of taking a shower in the primary bathroom when someone started the laundry. The water pressure, no exaggeration, went to nil. The place was not clean. The outside furniture was dirty and grill were dirty. We were told a cleaning team had been at the house that day. Some of the pool towels were musty. There are two gas fireplaces but we could not find the keys to turn them on. There was no welcome book to explain the amenities of the house which now makes sense since we did not feel welcome at all.

Gaining access to the property wasn't explained. Contact took awhile to respond. Upstairs A/C wasn't working when we arrived. They did fix it while we were there. The master bedroom fan and light didn't work. Wifi didn't work. Towel rod in master bath needs repair. Ice maker stopped working. Outside lights dont work. Switches for the hit tub are not labeled and/or inoperative. The house could be very nice with some maintenance.

The property has alot of potential. The A/C went out while we were there, lots of lights and fans didnt work, hot tub controls weren't labeled and/or didn't work. Overall if the would do the maintenance on the property it could be very nice. As is i would look to stay elswhere.
