Had an amazing time. Meeting Rob is like being greeted by a good friend you haven't seen for a while. Such a lovely guy. The accommodation was amazing, unlike other places we have stayed in, there was tea, coffee and milk, all of the kitchen utensils you could need and even salt and pepper (which I always forget to bring with me). I couldn't fault a thing and my wife wants to book again soon. The main bedroom is huge and the bathroom is tastefully decorated. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Beautiful apartment - lovely sized rooms and the bed was super comfy! Keys were easy to collect from a lock box, although we were also greeted by the host, Rob, who was lovely! Will definitely be back and cannot thank you enough for a brilliant first stay away with our baby.

Modern & Spacious. Excellent Location. Host came to check we had everything we needed.
Bed was a bit smaller compared to what we were used to but would be very comfortable for most people. It was only an issue for us because we co sleep with our baby.

This apartment is absolutely perfect. It was our second stay and it is the comfiest and most lovely apartment. The bed is like a cloud and everything is so comfortable! Rob and Emily have thought of everything! We love it.

This is the first time we've used booking.com for a self-catering stay. The lovely apartment exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very helpful. It was the perfect location for visiting the area and being near to Lymington with all its shops and eateries. On-site parking made life easy.

"Better than home!" We had a great time, everything was better than in the pictures! Nice, friendly host. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, cleanliness. The host provides all information and helps in everything. Easy parking. It really feels like you've come home! Thank You!!!

The location was ideal. So good to have easy parking. The accommodation was spotless and everything one could need was provided. Nice to have a welcome from the host.

great location perfect for our needs, nice and clean and well presented.
sofa bed is single sized, sheets didn’t fit, and is in the kitchen, so if someone is sleeping on it you can’t use the rest of the apartment.
