Clean, modern and great location

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Istanbul. The location is great 4 minutes and you will be in the middle of Istiklal! The apartment was clean, modern, and well equipped. It just needs a coffee machine if possible. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mohammed in the reception and Eda the housekeeper.

The property just exceed our expectation. Definitely, it does justice to the photos online WE checked-in at 2:30 a.m in the morning and the guy at the reception was there to assist us. His name is Mehmet, he was so helpful. I have not stayed in an apartment line this before where they offer room cleaning everyday. . Manager Hazel was also very helpful. We had a problem with our washing machine and the guy from reception came in 5 minutes to help at 12 :00 midnight..

عجبني جدا المرة الثانية يتم السكن فيه ، جميل جدا وهادي ومريح والموظفين محترمين ولطيفين في تعاملهم ، والامن موجود 24 ساعه ، هدوء تام وراحه تامه والغرف كبيرة يوجد تدفئة ارضية والمطبخ متوفر فيه كل شي والتلفزيون سمارت بالصاله وبالغرفه ، طبعا خدمات التنظيف متوفره يوميا وامينين جدا على اغراضك السعر جدا مناسب تدفع تامين قبل ما تسكن 200 دولار ويرجع لك بعد تسجيل خروجك اذا كل شي سليم بالشقه مناسب شباب او عوائل قريب من تقسيم ويوجد موقف خاص للسيارات

The property was walkable to shopping centers

They charged us Caution deposit and I paid through credit card and the amount is never returned back.

Great home for a short stay. Plenty of space and a very well-maintained unit. The staff is helpful and courteous. I thought I could see the Bosphorus from our room. That is not a major deal. The views of the neighborhood were still good. The until is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would recommend for any large group of 6 to 10 people to stay here comfortably. The kitchen had the pots and pans and utensils ready to use.

One of the bathrooms didn't have the right hot water mix. Nothing else to note.

Die Unterkunft ist an einem super Standort. Die Ansprechpartner sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Bei der nächsten Reise werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder die Unterkunft buchen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

A long list of things to enjoy at Garlon. First, location- only meters away from Taksim Square. Garage availabiliity a big plus for those travelling by car. Customer service for check-in and check- out formallities and during our stay. A big thank you Mehmet. Rooms are very spacious, everything is brand new inside. Water pressure a big plus for those enjoying long showers:-] overall, outstanding quality and value for money choice.

If you are an unxperienced driver, you may find navigating in the garage a bit tricky due to the amount of construction still taking place in there. But if you are an unexperienced driver you should not drive at all in Istanbul:-)

The bed mattress was too soft for our likings But maybe that is not a bad thing for others

Clean, secure, apartments with high quality finishing and furniture. Beds were comfortable, and location was very good. Just cross the street and 2-3 mins you are in İstiklal street. Apartment has everything you need from kitchenware, TV, linens etc. And the daily cleaning was very good.

Even if it was winter, the apartment was very warm inside and the AC was not working. We tried very hard to get cool air but it wasn’t possible. Staff tried to help but there was something wrong with the units. Only heating was possible. They did not allow any outside visitors into the property even for short visits. We were only 4 people in a 3 bedroom apartment. I don’t understand why they didn’t allow us to meet up with our friends when majority of hotels allow this and we paid a lot for the booking.

Struggled to exit the building a few times but I think that was our own fault as we didn’t pay attention the first time.

كل شي عجبني من موقع من نظافة الشقه يوميا تنظف فيها نظام تدفئه للأرضيات ، سلاسة في تعامل الموظفين وبسرعه يخلصون الإجراءات أخذنا شقه ثلاث غرف نوف وصاله يومين ومددنا لآخر الرحله لانه الفندق ممتاز بكلّ المعايير مناسب للعوائل جدا جدا بعيد عن الازعاج وأمان يوجد آمن إذا شافو شخص غريب ما يدخلونه

ياخذون مبلغ تأمين ويرجع وقت الخروج وكنت أتمنى لو الحمام يوجد به شطاف عموما أغلب حمامات تركيا لا يوجد بها وكل هذي الأسباب لم تكن عائق إذا رجعت تركيا برجع نفس الفندق اكيد

This is our second time with Garlon. Looks like they are turning into a huge multi-building facility. This time we stayed in a fresh-from-the-construction apartment. Some of the trivia was missing but the staff is amazing there as always— they are on duty literally 24/7 and fetch you what ever you ask for in a matter of minutes. Also they checked us in and out at a totally crazy hour — 2 & 3 am because of our red-eye flights. No questions asked, not extra pay, friendly and carrying our very heavy luggage for us. Wifi great, very quiet (essential for sensitive sleepers), very tasfully furnished, cleaned everyday.

The neighborhood is a bit creepy, but in our experience not dangerous. And once you enter Garlon its like a different world)

It us close to istiklal street, few minutes walking! There’s a security at night, it is very clean, well furnished!

When i booked i wanted a furnished apartment not a hotel becoz of hotels restrictions!! I asked my frnd to pass by becoz we didnt know how to open the door, and it was late!! but the guy start yelling over the phone that people from outside cannot enter the premises!! So if u are expecting to invite anyone they will not accept so better to call it an apartment with rules though it wasn’t mentioned on booking that it is forbidden for people from outside to enter the property !!!!!

El piso muy moderno y completo. Las camas son muy cómodos.
