We stayed 3-nights at the end of September 2023. We chose this property solely based on ratings..which were all positive. Just a cute little place that’s in a converted garage in a nice neighborhood. It’s in a newer, distant section of Roseville…so, plan to add a bit more drive time to get to freeways if that’s your goal. However, if you want to remain within city limits during your stay there are plenty of places to get a bite to eat within a short drive. The only thing that was a bit offsetting was the amount of perfumed additives that I’m assuming was in the detergents/trash can liners used. The place was very clean and comfortable, and I highly recommend this property, but perhaps there is a need to keep in mind that a future guest may have a perfume sensitivity.

Perfect rental for our stay in Roseville. Dawn was quick to take care of any questions or issues that we had. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer rental anywhere near this price.

We enjoyed the pleasant, well maintained neighborhood with its mature trees and easy walk to the beautiful little local park. The apartment, consisting of a main room with kitchenette inside a garage with an attached bedroom and bath, was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the place was very nicely done--well constructed and nicely decorated. Very good value!

Our trip started out with my mom dying suddenly. So having a quiet space to mourn for a week and spend time with family close by was a blessing. Very nice and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Perfect home away from home. Everything you could ever need. I forgot the toothpaste and there was some in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, my husband loved the weight of the comforter. We genuinely enjoyed our stay!

We traveled to see a concert at Thunder Valley Casino. This was just a perfect cozy place that had everything you need. 12 miles from our venue. Bed was super comfy & you wake up to fresh coffee with creamer ready for you. Furniture and TV room was bed comfortable. Way better than a hotel for sure. Thank you! Scott & Michelle

I was pleasantly surprised how well a garage can be turned into a small studio apartment. Usually my wife and I go to a hotel for our anniversary. It was a great value for us and much more comfortable than going to a hotel. We will consider this location again for next year. Thanks Dawn!

Super nice neighborhood and nicely appointed. We only stayed one night but it has all the amenities you would need to stay longer. Close to Thunder Valley. We came to see a concert and didn't want to drive all the way home. We will be booking again when there is another event. Thanks for a nice place to lay our heads!

The accommodations are as advertised with very nice furnishings and appliances. We were there mostly to sleep at night. As a couple, our only preference would have been a king-sized bed.
