The house was wonderful and worked very well for our family of varying ages. Having the master upstairs and separated from the lower floor bedrooms (but not too far away!) was a big plus with teenagers who stay up late. Lots of space, games, the hot tub was lovely, beautiful views, and the multiple decks and patio with spacious, natural surroundings was wonderful. My only complaint is that there were broken things such as a bathroom door lock, the microwave (although we were able to figure out how to make it work), many screens missing from windows (biggest complaint as there is no a/c so having windows open is a must but many windows are floor to ceiling to using beautiful views but a safety bazaars if open with no screen). Replace the missing window screens and I would give this home a very solid 5 stars! We lived out stay and would absolutely love to go back. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect set up for our family! I loved to sit and drink coffee while looking at the mountains. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking! The beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook dinner. We love this area of Colorado and got to see fresh snow twice! We look forward to going back for a third time and seeing another part of the state.

This is a well managed property, beautiful house, unusual design. Private hot tub is a plus. We were a party of 5, had plenty of space. We think up to 7 adults would fit comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean. The bedding was very comfy. They house was plenty big for a big group! The kids had lots of entertainment from games, jacuzzi, snow toys etc the location couldn’t have been more perfect! Would definitely recommend!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at this property. The home is set up in a very unique way with lots of fun spaces to hang out and enjoy beautiful views, watch a movie, play games and of course spend time in the hot tub. Upon arrival, you could tell that the home is very clean and well appointed. It is also located in a very quiet area that is close to the grocery store, shopping and many local restaurants. We also spent some time at the Fraser tubing hill which is only a 5 minute drive from this home. The property managers were very responsive to questions we had, overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

We had such a fun time celebrating our daughter’s birthday here with some of her friends! This house is perfect for entertaining, had everything you need to be comfortable, and the hot tub was a hit after a day of snow tubing! We will be back 😊

It was a beautiful house with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the hot tub and it was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The host was very good at communication. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

This property is huge and was perfect for my mini vacation to come up and enjoy snowboarding. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after an eventful day .

I was very happy renting out this property for our short stay. The house was comfy and cozy. The only thing disappointed me was when I was search properties to rent, I was searching for amazing views of the mountains. From the pictures posted. It look amazing and perfect. Upon arrival to property I was highly disappointed in the view from living room, main deck and hot tub deck because a new house was being built and blocked the view of mountains that was displayed in pictures. Highly recommend updating pictures.

We loved staying here. The house has so much character and is a perfect size for the number of people it sleeps. We had an amazing time and the hosts were amazing.

The house would be perfect for winter. We stayed in the summer, and it was a bit hot not having AC. It would have been nice if they had air flowing through the house before we arrived to cool it down, but it was over 80 degrees when we arrived and took forever to cool off. The communication was excellent and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely and unique home while visiting Winter Park and Fraser. Very well appointed, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, nicely stocked kitchen, and ample and comfortable seating made for a very nice stay. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub that is situated under a deck, and provided with a roof, so that you stay dry regardless of the weather. The hot tub is located only steps from the door going outside, and the room provides a nice dry and warm place to leave your towel and then to dry off before going back into the main part of the house. The garage is nice, but the doors and space are quite tight for a full size truck like we have. The directions to the house left us driving up and down the street in the dark a few times before we figured out which driveway to turn into. This is not a home for people with mobility challenges, since there are lots of stairs, including from the garage into the house. But, the views from every room are wonderful, and it was great to have such large windows and sunshine everywhere. There could be a few chairs made available for the decks, but there was still snow everywhere during our visit, so chairs may be available during the summer. We hope this wonderful home will be available when we visit the area next, because it definitely allowed us to have a relaxing and restoring vacation!

This house is beautiful, welcoming and a delight to stay in. It really was, as the title suggests, “spectacular.” High on the hill, there are some great mountain views. Very private too, the hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of skiing. Excellent communication and friendly manager. I hope to find this particular house again for future visits.

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable, with room for everyone to spread out or all be together. We didn’t cook but the kitchen appeared to have ample supplies. The location was perfect - short drive to grocery & restaurants, and not much further to get to Winter Park. Communication was excellent.

The home was absolutely amazing but i will have to say it was the property management team that stole the show. When we first got to the home the heat and hot water were not working. We got there late so we just knew we were in for trouble. We called the property management team just knowing we would get no answer and to our surprise not only did they answer but sent some one right over at almost midnight!!!! They had the fire places lit for us and a plan of action in place immediately. The issue was fixed the very next morning and from there we were smooth sailing in this amazing property! Will definitely be starting there again!!
