The family had an excellent time. Cooking in the very large cook. Kitchen was an added pleasure.

We came to Nashville to support a fellow musician who had some opportunities in town. This condo was the perfect headquarters. Close to the craziness of Broadway and Music City Row. But also right in the middle of the creative community of East Nashville. With plenty of room for us to spread out, rehearse or just chill.

This was our first time using Vrbo and we are so satisfied. The Honky Tonk was everything it said it was. There were 10 of us, we all slept comfortably. The kitchen was amazing and the second floor was perfect for everyone to hang out! Plenty of bathrooms. We loved the location, there are scooters all around for the kids and we were close to downtown!

We had a good experience. The neighborhood is very patchy, nice then rundown homes. The liquor store close to there seemed a little sketchy.
I would definitely suggest that the owners add a full length mirror. This huge house didn’t have a single full length mirror! I’d also suggest more comfy furniture in the living area. Overall great stay.

Nice house, questionable neighborhood
The house was very nice, it accommodated our large family (14 people) very comfortably. The house was located near downtown but was in a pretty run down neighborhood. But it was central to pretty much everything we wanted to see in Nashville, only about a 20 minute drive from most of the main attractions. The kitchen was big and spacious but was not well equipped! The balcony was nice and we enjoyed eating dinner outside. The floors were not super clean, we had to wear socks or shoes in the house to keep from getting dirty feet. Check in and check out was very easy. We enjoyed the decor of the house and overall enjoyed our stay very much!

So happy we rented this property for a bachelorette. It’s such a cute house with more than enough room for 10 girls comfortably. The decorations are adorable and love the disco balls.
One recommendation, more mirrors! With a house full of girls, we need full length mirrors in the bedrooms!
Communication was fast, property was perfect and close to all you need in Nash. Definitely recommend!!

House was awesome.. trash pick up in the alley was non existent all contaiers filled from them time we arrived until we left. For a 4 unit house they should have a small dumpster.

Amazing place to stay
The property manager was extremely friendly and always responded promptly to messages. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated.
