We wanted to see lake Travis and lake Austin and this is a great property to do both! We loved the private boat ramp, the Grille at the marina, and pool. The house was great, fit a family of 5 comfortably. Loved the tv is every room so all could have their own space. The host was friendly and fast in any communication. Great find!

Property was lovley. Well equipped and very comfortable beds. Lake was a 5min drive and enjoyed the private access park.

Great spot for our family of 6 to hang out for the week. The kids loved the bunk room with its queen bunk beds, sofa, and TV. They liked having their own spot to hang out. The Roku enabled TVs (in every bedroom & in the main living area) were super convenient, and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook at home. I also liked that cleaning stuff (broom, paper towels, etc.) were easy to find when we had a spill or something. The POA neighborhood park was great--large area with a good play structure, picnic tables, etc. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

This property was a very nice home with everything you needed. Really enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the deer. The private park and beach was awesome too.

Nice Getaway!
We have 7 children and everyone from age 2 to and up had a great time. The kids loved feeding the deer. They counted over 100 deer that they saw during our stay. One morning there were 9 deer right by the patio. The pool was great, it was never too busy. The lake access at the park was perfect. I like how you really have your own little space which is not over run by a mass group of people. It is also such a budget friendly trip. Bring your groceries and alcohol; there is nothing else you have to purchase.

Overall, it was a nice house and a good experience. My only criticism would be that the checkout process was a little excessive.

We came down from DFW with our boat and friends in tow. Jennifer's place had everything we needed! Boat launch, marina, pool, beach, golf course, and a cozy house with plenty of shade. We had a great time cooking outside and relaxing on the porch every evening. We will be back!

We had a great time. Grandkids enjoyed feeding the deer. Lake was low so we hung out at the pool.

Beautiful home and lovely vacation!
This home was beautiful! We loved every second that we spent here. It was our first time at Lake Travis and we are so glad we chose this place! The amenities around the neighborhood are great and the owners were very quick to respond to messages. All rooms were comfy and it was very easy to enjoy meals together also. We saw so many deer around the neighborhood too!! It was very cool to sit on the deck and eat dinner while watching the deer run by. Very homey and very easy to get around and enjoy the lake! Thank y’all for allowing our family a chance to enjoy the beauty of Lake Travis!
