We had no idea what to expect when we got to New York City. Our flight had been delayed by 2 hours, so we got to our Sonder location after midnight. The door man seemed to be watching for us and came to open the door before we even got out of our taxi. Very helpful, especially since we were tired and overwhelmed! The Sonder app made it easy to communicate with staff any needs that we had. The mobile key to get in and out of the door was super helpful also! This location was close to many of the places we wanted to go and gave us easy access to the Subway. Every member of the staff that we communicated with was very kind and professional and responded to our needs in a timely manner.

We really enjoyed our space and the checkin process was easy thanks to helpful, round-the-clock staff. We would stay again.

A great experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and well stocked. The only negative aspect is the lack of basic cable channels. This is a real disadvantage of the property.

Location was fantastic- subway right next door which made getting around easy!
Plenty of places to eat with in a short walk. Plenty of tourist attractions around the area - lots to see and do. We loved it

Amenities galore, good food in all directions, parking garages at much better rates than midtown, juice bar across the street, Fulton St subway with easy access to many lines both into Brooklyn and uptown. Staff was super helpful. Definitely plan to return here!!

Excellent, spacious, and great location
Really nice apartment, attentive staff (and good natured, each and every one of them... never had so much fun checking out in my life.) The only drawback in this unit is it's a mini-fridge, but even that - it's a really nice mini-fridge with a good freezer, etc. Great location - easy walk to pharmacies, restaurants, parking garages... I mean, what's not to love? I'd definitely do it again if I'm in the area.

We really liked the space and amenities, including the kitchen, free laundry facilities, and very pleasant front desk staff. The apartment was nicely situated in south Manhattan, with lots of dining and grocery options and access to subway and sights. Only complaint would be that we wished the mattress would have been more high-end. It was stiff and you could hear and feel the springs. There are so many (non-spring) comfortable mattresses on the market to consider for completing the experience.

This apartment was clean, well set up and very comfortable. It is convenient for lower Manhattan and right next to subway for everything else. It is not in the heart of the neighborhood districts (TriBeCa, Soho, Village, etc.). But it was safe and near Pace University.
