Great location. Photos don't do the property justice, much nicer and larger in real life. Would definitely stay again!

Liked having access to the garage with remote roller door, this made for easy access as we were out with the vehicle every day.
Liked the layout of the property and the abundance of natural light. The appartment could easily accommodate 3 couples with all having plenty of space to enjoy separate quiet time. Also liked the 3/4 separate outdoor spaces.
Paul the host was very accommodating when we were running ahead of schedule (after a lengthy journey from interstate) and allowed an early check in. He also communicated well during our stay.
Did not like the lack of cleanliness at all. The bathrooms were probably the cleanest rooms (which is good), but the whole appartment needs a thorough clean. e.g. sooo many spider webs (incl. spiders), and also plenty of cobwebs in bedrooms too. Kitchen cookware was either dirty or just old and unusable and there is a lack of glass ware.
Kitchen shelves above the cooktop were very dirty with built up fat & dirt (I tried to wipe them down but was too hard due to fat build up).
We weren't overly impressed with the noisy neighbours either, but this is not the fault of the host but did prevent us from having restful nights.

Photos don't do the apartment justice, it has a beautiful, open and spacious feel to it. Great location, well stocked, very clean and communication with owners was great. Will be staying again

Exceptional accommodation, spacious, modern with everything you need for a stay in Augusta. Easy walking distance to shops, hotel and river
Only minor issue with containing water within shower, soaks bathroom mat and floor

Paul was very helpful. Accomm was clean and tidy. Bedrooms and separate little garden areas were great. Kitchen had everything you could need for a girls weekend!

The location was great. The apartment was beautifully furnished with everything we could possibly need. Clean and tidy with lovely views from the balcony. Close to everything, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the lovely bakery. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend Katinka to anyone.

1. The apartment was huge, easily accommodating a family with very separate sleeping areas. 2. A well-equipped kitchen making it easy to cook. 3. Wonderful decor inside and a beautiful view outside. 4. Amazing open atrium filling the apartment with light.

I loved pretty much everything about the place.
the sun was too bright during breaky on the balcony and I needed my sunglasses to look at the view.

Beautiful townhouse with ocean views and a qwerky feel. The location is great and within walking distance to shops, beach and cafes. The photos don't do this property justice.

Beautifully designed apartment. Felt bright and open. All bedrooms were lovely. Kitchen was well equipped and had a great laundry nook with a proper clothes line outside. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the balcony.
The audio-visual system was dated and very temperamental. We weren't able to watch online movies on the TV and bizarre things happened like when we tried to turn the volume up on the TV, the radio came on! The DVD player was also really unpredictable which was very frustrating.

The property was absolutely beautiful. We loved the decor, the beds were super comfy, the fact we didn't have to take our own linen or towels was excellent, the quietness and the location. Also loved the preloaded music on the stereo. Nice touch :)
We would recommend putting a free standing fan in each of the room's cupboards to use, as the aircon doesn't reach into the bedrooms and they were a bit stuffy in the hot weather.
But overall, we really enjoyed our stay & the property was amazing!
