Thank you for the best few days! The house was perfect for our group... everything was set up perfectly for our group of adults and kids! The house had everything we needed and more. It was in a great location. I had multiple questions leading up to our stay, as well as during our stay checking to extend it due to car troubles! Our questions were answered so fast and I appreciated them taking the time with the small things I asked about! We will be definitely be searching out the same house (hopefully) and if not something from the same host If possible! Thank you again for an amazing stay 😊

Perfect for a Christmas vacation. We did the trip to the North Pole and skating on ice. It was also very close to triple play...the kids had a great time.

We carefully reviewed the bedroom layout, and it was different than described. The ad said the two twin beds were in the open basement area, and there was a king in a separate closed room. In reality, the two twins were in the same room as a king, and it caused us a lot of difficulty accommodating the couples we had. Secondly, the washer machine which we needed desperately jammed on the first load and was unusable for our stay. The machine destroyed a brand new golf shirt of ours, and we did not receive a response when we inquired about covering the cost of the shirt.

The house was very nice and the location ideal. Concerned that property was listed as having 5 bedrooms, max occupancy 10. There were 3 bedrooms and 1 basement sleeping area ( King bed w/ bunk beds and a sleeper futon) which was not supposed to be a sleeping area because it had no emergency egress. The agent stated that the basement should not have been not listed as a bedroom? Somewhat confusing from what was advertised. 2 of 3 fire extinguishers listed were missing. Agent corrected that concern, and I agreed to remain at the property even with safety concerns with basement. We managed to get all 10 guests accommodated for sleeping arrangements but these concern with the basement egress should be resolved ASAP.

We were all very pleased with our stay. All of the great downtown CDA action was in walking distance, the house was well equipped with the amenities we need, and we didn't run into any problems during our stay. We are likely to look into this property again for our next trip to Idaho.

Property was one of the cleanest and had the best stocked kitchen I have ever been in. Incredible space and easy check in, the attention to detail is what makes this property really shine. Conversation with property manager Diane was always easy with fast response times.

Our stay was excellent. The house was very clean. Communication with the owner was easy. The kids loved the hot tub. The location was wonderful. The house was well stocked. Beds were very comfy! The bathrooms have been nicely updated. The only con is there is no bathroom in the basement but other than that, no complaints!
We would love to stay here again someday. Thank you!

Rented this for a family vacation, 6 adults, 4 children, worked perfectly. Beautiful house, nice and clean, we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit every night. All beds were so comfortable. Great location, easy to get to. Also the area is just so beautiful with lots to do. Will definitely keep it on the list if we ever get back there.

Rented this for a family vacation, 6 adults, 4 children, worked perfectly. Beautiful house, nice and clean, we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit every night. All beds were so comfortable. New batteries in TV remotes & better internet for streaming. But super tiny recommendations & would stay again!!! Owner great good communication

There is also a grocery/liquor store right by the house so that was nice to run to for things. Overall a very nice place to stay and I would rent again for sure.

Great Property with close proximity to downtown CDA
We really enjoyed this property...very comfortable living area and nicely equipped kitchen. Beds were also quite comfortable, and the hot tub was a great relief after daytime hiking or walking downtown CDA. Close location to town meant no concern about finding/paying for parking...we walked everywhere. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home, clean, nice floor plan and excellent location! Grill, patio fire and hot tub were a big plus. Neighbors were friendly. Location on Front Street so close to downtown Coeur d’Alene was perfect for everything we had planned for the week for the entire family. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Great spot for family fun
We loved our experience. The house was beautifully arranged and the beds and furniture were great quality. We were walking distance to parks, the lake and a little grocery store. Our kids loved it and we enjoyed the lovely master suite with fireplace and huge spa bathtub. The hottub outside and fireplace was fun for all in the evenings. We would love to stay again.

Great refurbished home. Hot tub was nice at the end of the day (very private back porch). Very clean. The welcome cookies were a nice touch. Plenty of space to spread out. The basement is only ~6 feet high, so put the taller guests upstairs. The house is about 7 blocks away from downtown, so you could walk there easily. Overall, it was a great place. We enjoyed our stay.
