You can’t beat the location, roominess and beauty of this place. Ashley is an amazing host! I’m grateful to have come back and stay in the peaceful west aroma area. So much wildlife including a family of javelina, a little buck deer and a lot of amazing birds I hope to be back again soon!

We could not have found a better setting for our week with the family. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating with adults and children, plenty of space for gathering, games and toys for indoor time, and beautifully manicured yard for outdoor time. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spacious, plenty of towels. A high chair and bed were provided for our infant. The location of the house was accessible to trailheads. We walked to restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Ashley responded quickly to any questions we had both before our arrival and during our stay. We do not have a single complaint and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Ashley and Adam were amazing hosts! We absolutely loved staying here. We had a family of 12 and the house was the perfect size to accommodate all of us. Communication was great and Ashley always kept us informed of anything going on. Property was super clean and it is located so close to everything in Sedona. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in town. Amazing property!

Our stay was great, our kids enjoyed it very much. Its a good place to say at if you are going to visit. Something i liked was there was a page with recommendations of places to go eat for people that have never been there before.

Exactly a year ago, I booked this beautiful home for my daughter’s wedding ceremony at the Chapel of the Holy Cross on 4/26/23. After searching numerous listings, I came across this gem and immediately knew this is where we would stay. The aesthetic reminded me of her reception location being held in Nashville. The openness and decor was a total fit, as was the gorgeous outdoor area. It also had the exact number of beds we needed. The “Harry Potter” room was going to be perfect for my two school-age boys and my Father-in-law. And let me tell you, my boys loved that room and the fact that it opened up to a spacious loft/bonus room complete with a large TV, comfy couch and toys and games galore!! The master was huge and had an equally large closet and bathroom, plus a nice little balcony. The two lower level bedrooms were perfect for my parents and also my daughter and her fiancé, and were right across the hall from two full bathrooms. The large living room was completely open to the dining area and kitchen. There was ample seating for any and everyone. The beds were comfy, the house was spotless and everything was in great shape. It is also the most well stocked VRBO I have ever been in! There were tons of dishes, cups, utensils, etc. There were even kids dining supplies! The entire week my family raved about the house and how much they loved it! This house is an A++ in my book and we would gladly stay here again. The location, cleanliness, feel and little touches won us over!

Three retreats in one: Sedona and its many trails and hideaways, the property location and its quiet outside seating areas, and lots of cozy cushions and corners inside. Enjoy this blessing!

We were so blessed to stay together as a family of nine. It is a lovely home. It accommodated us easily, and we each had our own privacy. And the house is in a delightful neighborhood, which is very quiet and peaceful. The way they have it decorated adds to the peacefulness. We use the kitchen for every meal, which is well accommodated with anything that you need. Ashley was amazing in contacting me and staying in touch. Unfortunately, the leak out occurred before we got there with the hot tub. She did everything in her power to try to fix it while we were there so we could go in it. however it didn’t work out. But she was gracious in returning some of the fees we paid. That was as close to hiking in the stores and it’s just super convenient. I highly recommend staying there and would love coming back at another date. I am nothing but good to say about the experience in water hosts. I wanted to create a memorable time since my daughter was here from Michigan and my son, who lives here in Arizona with us, we’re together. This house helped accomplish that goal. All I can say is WOW. From the very first moment that I reached out to the owners until the very end of our stay, this home and the owners are fantastic. The home is beautifully decorated and has a Zen vibe to it which was perfect for our yoga and meditation retreat. We were hoping to be outside more but the colder temperatures in the morning didn't allow for our yoga practice outside however with the openness of the house we were able to comfortably practice yoga in the house. We loved the various outdoor areas to sit as a group or just get away by ourselves. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we just were so happy with the whole experience. The owner's even messaged us on the day we were leaving to let us know that the route into Sedona from Flagstaff was closed due to a rock slide. Many of the retreat attendees said they would want to come back.

Every box was checked with this beautiful home. We had a weekend planned with cooking and outings to tour the local vineyards. The property provided us ladies with every amenity possible for cooking. With two fridges we had plenty of room for the food and drinks. The house is spacious inside and out. The rooms are amazing and the multiple outside seating areas are great. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the fact it is indoors was an immediate win. I highly recommend this home. It is absolutely amazing and will guarantee a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I rented this property to celebrate a milestone birthday with my sister and all my sisters-in-law. Our group had an amazing week of hiking, shopping, eating and spending time together. The house was perfect for our group. Spacious rooms with comfortable king size beds. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could enjoy morning coffee and make breakfast. There was lots of seating, and we could all gather around the table for meals and lounge in the living areas at night. The hosts were great - very responsive and accommodating. I'd highly recommend this property and will gladly stay here again when we come back to Sedona.

This house was even more beautiful and spacious in person. Everything was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the extra towels and comfortable beds. It was centrally located and even within walking distance to the FREE Sedona Shuttle, which takes you to popular trailheads. We would definitely recommend this place to explore the Sedona area. I just returned from a long weekend with a group of 10 women to celebrate our 40th birthdays. I am not exaggerating when I say that we could not have asked for a better place to stay! Not only is the location and view amazing, the entire house is so well thought out - from the layout, to the amenities and décor - everything was top notch. We were even able to walk from the house right up to trailheads, which was so nice for early morning hikes. I was a little worried about ten women staying together for a long weekend, but we all agreed that we had plenty of space and the home had such a zen-like quality that made us all feel super comfortable. We actually cancelled our dinner reservations the last night (that we booked three months in advance!) to stay in because we enjoyed it so much. I also appreciated the owners sharing recommendations and tips with us when we booked. They were super responsive leading up to our trip, and when I had one small question during our stay, they got back to me right away. Great hosts! I 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Sedona. You will not be disappointed.

This place was awesome! There was so much room and everyone felt like they had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of amenities in the house. Also the decorations were really beautiful and it felt like a true desert getaway. I highly recommend!

Extended family trip going all over AZ, this was by far our favorite vrbo! Space for kids to hang out upstairs while adults hung out downstairs. Had everything you needed. Location was great, quiet, hiking was just right up the street. Loved the homey decor, didn't feel sparse & empty like most. I only wish-- we could've stayed longer.

From the moment we arrived to a welcoming bottle of wine and sounds of a soothing water feature, to the morning we sadly had to leave, the owners of this rental did not miss a thing. Everything so easy, relaxing, and thoughtful...the placement and quality of items made it feel like you never left home. To start with, the home was very well-equipped: toiletries, coffee k-cups (including an upstairs coffee bar), plenty of towels (10 beach towels by the hot tub....enough for every single person in our group), fully stocked kitchen equipment/dishware (for both adults and kids), games, Alexas in each room to seamlessly play music, blankets everywhere to cozy up with, and a variety of plentiful seating for eating meals. The hot tub was a huge bonus as the weather wasn't great when we were there. After enjoying a fun (but very cold!) Pink Jeep Tour, the rain didn't ruin our day as we couldn't wait to get back to the house for some warm relaxation in the bubbles! The beds, linens and pillows were super comfy and our entire group was raving about them. TWO sets of washers and dryers (with laundry detergent supplied) were a nice bonus and appreciated by our two families of 5 (4 adults and 6 kids aged 7-13). The beautiful decor (loved the community plant!) provided the finishing touches on a vacation that was truly memorable. Given the beauty of Sedona itself, makes it even more amazing that this home stole the show. Already figuring our a way to return for a future girls trip!

This was the absolute best property I e ever rented. The added extra touches and the hospitality are second to none. Seriously! Ashley and Adam were super accommodating to every text or call (not many because they have a detailed book and little instructions to eliminate questions. The beds were super comfy. Tons of room to spread out and have some quiet. Close to all the west sedona stores without all the uptown traffic and congestion. The cute koi fish pond and the front area was so special and peaceful. Views of Thunder Mountain were amazing from the master bedroom. I could go on and on… again, I can not say enough about this amazing property and the hosts Thank you!!!

I have rented VRBO’s all over the world and this was one of the most amazing and easy experiences we’ve had. The house had everything you could possibly need. I had my 16 month old and I didn’t have to bring a thing. We brought a teenager and a bunch of girlfriends and everyone was happy! The host responded super quick and was so kind and helpful. I can’t wait to go back! The location was perfect, close to everything. Sedona- we miss you!

This place actually looks even better than the pics. Great lay out, furniture, decorations etc. A lot of fengshui. Entire family really liked it. Also really nice location just off the Main Street. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Hope to be back.
