The house is close to all our needs.

Everything was lovely and cozy. The master bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed in -- and it was heated! The hot tub was great after a long rainy day in the Redwood Forest. The living room was cozy - shame that the fireplace wasn't available though. We loved the house though!

Place was absolutely perfect, too nice for area! Owners thought of little extras others dont bother with. Jacuzzi was well heated & really came in handy after a full day of walking.
Would highly recommend to others & happily return if ever back in area

Beautiful home- finishes are great and it is such a cozy place to come home to after being at the beach or hiking the redwoods all day! Especially coming home and being able to hang out in the hot tub and cook out. The town area is a bit lackluster so we found we were driving to places more than walking to town- but the icecream shop had great food and the brewery in town was also delicious and a great stop after visiting the lighthouse. My daughter loved sleeping in her own space out in the "she-shed" in the fenced-in backyard. The heat lamps in the bathrooms were a dream when showering on a chilly night and the kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook breakfast before starting our adventures for the day. Would stay here again:)

It was a nice place at a decent location. The neighbors were blowing off giant fireworks right by my vehicle 2 days past 4th of July. The weather in crescent city is not warm in July and knowing this i really wanted a fireplace...well it did not work, itcwas listed as an amenity. So that was a bummer. Tried both beds, one was super squeaky and the other was very old and sagged. The hot tub sounded great...not so much. Several jets did not work and the cover must have weighed 100lbs, with no assist. So be sure you have 2 people to manage the cover. Also, be warned there were exorbitant cleaning fees and insurance required. Even though they basically want you to do a bunch of prep cleaning. Lastly, we were about to walk out the door at 11:05 and the cleaning person came right in. I know we were a few minutes behind but really? That is just beyond rude, not even a knock. I did say she could come on in as we were walking out...she did not. We left.

The house was clean, updated, and was stocked with the necessities needed for people traveling out of state. Very close to the coast and redwoods. The hot tub was a huge hit after hiking all day!

I came for a relaxing getaway with 5 of my daughters. We enjoyed it so much and plan on another trip here. The house was beautiful just like the pictures. Whenever I had questions beforehand Tabreena was very nice and quick to get back to me. Overall a wonderful weekend had by all

This was a great place for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing for our 2 year old to get into and puzzles and TV to keep our teenager happy. Nice recently updated home. Quick drive to the ocean and local hot spots. Communication with hosts was quick and efficient. Would recommend and would stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. We took a jacuzzi every night (it was preheated for us) We would come back for sure!

Beautiful house with adorable beach decor. Love the hot tub, big shower, guest bed, big kitchen and comfy couch. Not the quietest neighborhood but was okay. Master bed could use an upgrade. Hot tub could use more privacy from noisy neighbors. Close to everything we needed. Had a great stay.

The house is exactly as described and was a great place for our family to enjoy the Redwoods! I would absolutely recommend this property!

Loved the layout and decor of this home, it was very well done!! Nicely stocked kitchen with pretty plates & glasses. I think the cleaners may have had an off day as the place really looked well kept, but a few things didnt get done, the clean dishes were left in the dishwasher, a stained sheet clearly showed the sheets in a bedroom hadn't been washed and had to call to get garbage bags. With a simple call they dropped off the bags right away and we took care of the rest. Not a deal breaker as the house was so lovely and the hot tub was great as well. We would stay there again.

Coastal Comfort
Process of booking was simple, check in was seamless and easy. Good location, close to Pebble Beach, lots to explore in the area. House was cozy and appreciate the little things such as laundry pods, extra blankets, etc. Would encourage a fan in the shed just to help move the air. A nice stay!

Tale of 3 worlds. There is the beach, the house and the neighborhood. Once inside the house you feel like you are in a different place. The neighborhood was a shocker on first sight though the people mostly minded their own business.

Property was just as advertised. Renovation is very new, with attention to every little detail. Decor and design are lovely.
We did notice that the bedspreads and spare blankets seemed old and one bedspread even had some unappealing stains - it just didn't jive with how new and clean everything else was. The sheets were clean though and did not seem as heavily used. Pillows and beds are comfortable. Ooooh, the master bedroom has this heater on the mattress, it was so very lovely to warm up the bed before climbing in it on cool rainy nights.. The house was very well stocked, had everything we needed. Excellent showers.
We noticed other reviews mentioned the neighborhood and the dogs. I feel like the price point very accurately addresses those minor downfalls however. The neighborhood felt safe, it's just a little loud (muffler-less cars seem very popular and there are several vociferous dogs). If you wanted a house this nice AND an ideal location you would be looking at a nightly rate of twice what they are asking. Overall would happily stay again and recommend to friends/family. I would maybe bring along a few of my own blankets though ;-)

The house was a bit cold since the heat was off when we arrived but warmed up quickly with the ductless heaters and gas fireplace. It’s best to keep bedroom doors open to circulate the heat to the bedrooms at night.

This is a sweet little beachie house. Nice proximity to everything. The neighborhood is a little loud but you can't control what is around you. The house is well set up. Very good value.

Hot tub was filthy. Couldn’t use it our first night. Took maintenance 2.5 hours to clean it the following day. Sheets were dirty. Hair and lint were on the sheets of one bed, spider crawled out of sheets on another. Stayed up till 2 am washing bedding. Floors were sticky. Sand in the shower. Dishes were not cleaned well. House is listed as pet free, yet we found cat toys and cat hair balls under the bed and couch. I would not stay here again.
