Check in / Parking / Directions were all easy and accurate. Unit was well stocked & clean and as advertised. Pool & Hot tub were a hit with the kids. Restaurant in the hotel was also very good. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our trip to Canmore and days skiing and snowboarding in Banff. The condo was updated, very clean, and beds were comfortable. The location is great and within a quick walk to restaurants, stores and downtown. Michael was in regular contact to check in and offer help. He is probably the most engaged property manager we’ve ever had at a VRBO and we appreciated knowing he was available and responsive. The only downside to this property is that the common hallways, fitness room, and pool area are in need of an refresh/updates.

The place is clean, full of amenities, and walking distance to the main st. Michael is a great host, checking up on us to make sure we didn't have any issues with check-in or need any amenities. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Canmore/Banff in the future.

Los Picos was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay while exploring Banff National Park! The decor was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the showers were awesome, and everything was sparkling clean. Laundry on site was another big plus for us! Michael was an attentive host and was excellent to communicate with. We really enjoyed having all the comforts of home and the quieter surroundings of Canmore.

The accommodations are comfortable and spacious. The pool was great as the weather was questionable and the air quality was terrible. We were quite impressed when Michael reached out to confirm we checked in okay, and then again mid-stay to see if all was well. If I had to give some cons, I would say the highway noise wasn't terrible but could be a bit loud if you like to sit on the patio. While the dishes were sufficient, it would have been nice to have a few extra (especially cups and glasses). Overall we would recommend this property, especially for a larger group, there were 8 of us ranging from 6 to mid-50's. If the need and price is right, we would consider staying again in future!

We really enjoyed this property. We had 6 family members looking for accommodations for 3 nights near Banff National Park. The location is close to Hwy 1 and convenient to take day trips to Banff as well as Jasper, Yoho and Kootenay National Parks. The place was very clean, well maintained and well stocked with essentials. Our contact, Michael, was extremely helpful with information before our trip and very responsive once we arrived. A great option for families looking to enjoy the Canadian Rockies!

Great experience. Would stay here again—the condo was beautiful and well equipped, the listing was accurate, and the host responsive and polite. Our party of six (four adults, two kids) enjoyed having such a comfortable home base to explore Banff and Canmore.

This is a wonderful unit, spotless, everything you need and more and very well laid out. The spacious area and big table in wonderful for family meals, crafts, games etc. The property manager is excellent and even asks if you need anything. Wonderful place to stay.

This unit had everything we needed for the stay, including a full kitchen, outdoor grill, and washer and dryer. It was a 10 out of 10 stars for cleanliness! Impeccably clean. The location was good, and the view of the mountains was wonderful. The underground parking spaces are literally right across from the elevator. Michael quickly responded to every question we had. I highly recommend this property.

This property was absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice.
The penthouse is clean, tastefully decorated and very big! It has everything you need to settle in and feel right at home.
The location is close to restaurants, shopping and downtown.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night during our stay.
Michael is an excellent host and provided all the information we needed to make our stay so enjoyable. The check in process was seemless and it was truly our home away from home during our trip to Canmore.
We will definitely book this property again!!!

We have rented many places and this was by far the best equip we have every seen. As a family that likes to dine at home the kitchen has everything needed with not one thing missing. Well done!
The owner is attentive, the location is great, and the pool amenities were a treat for the kids. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to family and friends.

Building is a bit dated but don’t let that fool you. The condo is a beautiful open concept space that’s great for hosting a family. Michael was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone staying in Canmore.

We are two couples who have vacationed together for almost two decades now, both in BC and Alberta. We agree this is the one place of all our holidays that we would absolutely come
back to. Easy walking distance to downtown. Easy drive to golf courses and hiking. Location is ideal. Now for the unit, cleanliness was
10/10. The king bedrooms on two floors gives each of us privacy and the high ceilings give you a real feeling of space though the main living space is small. I would suggest that there be another comfy chair in the living so that one person does not have to sit against the wall on a footstool but we made it work. The kitchen had everything we needed as we ate in most nights. I would also suggest place mats.
We were concerned about the fact that we might have been bothered by the highway noise but it was negligible since we had air conditioning and heard it only when bbq’ing. Communication with the owner was prompt and attentive. Overall this is the perfect place and when our rotation of locales brings us back here, we will most definitely stay here again.

This is a great condo for a few couples to rent. It was spacious, quiet, and located conveniently to town. Only thing we found it is runs hot inside the unit- which is common for a top floor condo.

Beautiful spacious two level suite. Very nicely furnished and well equipped. Michael was excellent to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful 12 night stay. Beds are very comfortable and suite is nicely decorated! Would stay again!

Beyond Expectations
We had a fabulous time here. The unit was gorgeous. Had everything we needed and more. Was able to cook a full Thanksgiving turkey dinner with all the kitchen supplies. Great communication with the hosts. Just can’t say enough about this condo. Would definitely book it again.
