A narrow road to access the parking place

Almost central location, easy 5 minute walk of central Bridport. Incredible peace and quiet for such a central location, sometimes, just birds tweeting and nothing else. Great feel to this cottage, wonderful tasteful decor with period touches, one eye to the current, and a nod to the past. Would have loved to be there on colder days with a log burner providing additional ambience- maybe another day. I would return.

Nothing - All good thanks! However may be useful to others to know that car access is tight up the Bedford Place access alley, between two brick walls. Any car wider than a Ford Focus/Vauxhall Astra, might struggle, even with side mirrors pulled in. Plenty of street parking at the bottom of Bedford Terrace (Lane) in Bedford Place two minutes walk away.

Sofas so old, needed to be covered up with loose covers, same with cushions. No outside light to help negociate the garden path in the dark. Doors creaking, stiff ++ - just need some 'attention'. Maybe 'guests' should be advised to bring a blanket/throw for each bed, as chilly at night upstairs. Top of the steep stairs floorboards very slippery, so kind to advise wear shoes at all times upstairs!! - better still a ' gate' at top of stairs. Lastly, worst of all the smell which greeted me (and remained). Sorry to be so critical.

Loads of lovey fluffy clean towels and crisp clean linen. The house was very clean and thanks for logs for the fire. It’s the second house from the right. Bright Yellow door with no house number..!! With Netflix… Large front bedroom with lovely views across Bridport and distant sea views …. Good 2nd bedroom… With parking, front and back garden. Good Wifi.. .. Short easy walk into Bridport Town centre and pubs …

Please leave basics like loo roll cooking oil, a bit of milk, coffee and salt maybe a few biscuits. We stay in Bridport a lot And all the other places have basics … The towels, etc was most appreciated.
