Love the location and the view.

The rooms are not kept up and were in need of repairs and maintenance. Run down.

Run down, badly maintained, dirty, ac not functioning, toilet not working. Bath tub not accessible, too high, cannot go in properly, no stopper in tub for us to take a proper bath, ceiling looks like there had been a leak and falling off

The location was magnificent. Beautiful pool, grounds, and so closed to a beautiful beach!

I heard the facilities are getting renovated soon. And that tracks. But it was okay, and what a value for the location!

Everything is old and outdated... Needs a gut job! We stayed in various 3 star hotels, and this is not a 3 star facility, by a long shot! We arrived after hours and to our surprise, we got the wrong keys, left in an envelope with a different room number, inside a locker! So we tried to get in, in the wrong room... Problem is there was no one on site to help us, but on a closer look at our keys, we were able to figure out the room number stamped on the keys! The room matching the keys was on a different floor! On the following Monday we informed the office...thay were oblivious about the mistake!

The location was great as well as the size of the room. It was nice having free laundry facilities.

This place is very dated in rough shape. Think of it like a really rustic cabin type of stay. If you are looking for a clean place, this is not your place. The carpets are so icky I had to wear shoes in the room the whole time. Shelves in closets and cabinet doors were broken. Edges of floors had clearly been overlooked for a very long time. My kids and I managed a 4 night stay but we wouldn't stay again.

this property is a gem but it is run down and our unit wasn’t cleaned and had insects in the kitchen area. it was considerably cheaper than other resorts so as the old saying goes”you get what you pay for”

absolutely filthy and run down. Mold on the air vents and shower curtain. Floors haven’t been cleaned, bed was noisy. nobody even checked whether the silverware was clean, previous guests left dirty items in the drawer.

After reading various reviews I was expecting much worse condition and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to the facility. The hotel itself is very rundown, and they are aware of it and I believe they have renovations planned for 2023. But the room set up, the view, the location and hotel infrastructure is on point. And also it was fairly clean. I will be definitely back after their renovations will complete, hopefully it won't run the prices ski high.

very outdated apartment. cabinets didn’t close. chipped flooring. bathroom ceiling was peeling outside property not kept up well. structures once there for a purpose are now falling apart and just left instead of cleaned up and hauled away.

Location Location Location!! We have stayed at several locations and this by far was the best. The view is second to none. A walk out the back and boom on the beach. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and corn hole boards.

Nothing really. You can nit pick on anything but all and all we enjoyed the stay and have no complaints.

Excellent location, spectacular view, exceptional staff. James and Emily made my vacation are so professional, helpful, courteous and very kind! Nordvind made my vacation so extra special for me. I wish I could give them bonus stars!!

Building and units are dated and need some work etc broke cabinet doors cracked ceilings but still clean and very usable and enjoyable don't expect 5 star resort but for a quiet relaxing, simple vacation spot can't be beat

this place is really, really run down. unless you like staying in a really dumpy place do not rent here. I had to ask for a coffee pot, there were no glasses, no kettle …. they told me they are closing shortly for a renovation- it cannot be soon enough

The location was amazing. The view from our balcony was awesome. Also right on beach. Best view ever. Loved the pool. Room was comfortable just really needs updated. We would definitely come again for the view. Lady at front desk was so very nice.

Room was really outdated, cabinet door missing in kitchen rust underneath cabinets and on fridge. We bought our own toaster and left it for next guest because toaster was dirty that was in room and very old.

Great location, very quiet and great price. Huge balcony.

Needs some repairs but we really don’t mind about that.
