Breakfast was traditional Turkish so don’t expect a full English and you won’t be disappointed, everything was fresh and there is coffee or Turkish tea. The rooms aren’t 5 Star but they have comfortable beds and are clean and have all you need they are also air conditioned and very quiet for sleeping. The location is perfect right on the beach. Couldn’t be any closer. The pool area was also nice, clean and well maintained. We got the feeling if there was anything else we needed we only had to ask and the staff would have provided it if they could, Ahmet even offered to take us on to the villa we rented as we were worried in case our taxi didn’t turn up. We have never been to Turkey before and the people are really friendly, they genuinely want you to enjoy the country

Eylem on the reception was so kind and helpful. The location is the best you can have, directly on the beach, the rooms was great and the balcony on the beach. I recommend it 100%, my vacation on fathyei will be only in this hotel.
The there is no elevator, but once you reach the room and see that you are actually on the beach. It is worth it :)

As a 3 star hotel it was clean and overall very good - it is however rated much higher due to the staff who were excellent in every way - breakfast was a decent local style spread with great quality food. Location for us was why we chose this hotel and that was the key reason for booking - by the sea and all faclities. Some rooms smaller so we did ask for a larger room and although no direct views from the window our room had a good sized terrace and a great side view of the sea.
Original room was small but fortunately we were offered a larger room on the 3rd floor - with no lift not ideal but kept us fit. The room was a little dated and a few issues at start resolved quickly so overall no real negatives for this stay.

Everything is perfect. The location of the hotel is beautiful. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and especially Mrs Eylém is very kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location in the less popular side of town, great for a morning swim
Sound proofing is relatively non existent, particularly for the bathroom upstairs. The showers were also luke warm at best

The hotel is right on the front promenade and our room had an amazing view of the beach and sea. We were upgraded to a family room, with our 13 year old which gave us plenty of space in the rooms.
The room is simple but had what we needed for our short stay and to use as somewhere to sleep.
The breakfast was simple but enough and tasty...bread, cheese, tomatoes cucumber, eggs, a traditional Turkish Kahvalti on small scale.
Parking was in the hotel car park which very useful.
The shower did not work properly and although we reported it, it did not get fixed. I'm not sure if it was slightly to do with the language barrier as who we spoke to did not speak much English. The main receptionist did speak English but unfortunately we didn't see him to speak to.

Luckily reserved the most expensive penthouse room for x 1 night .
We liked the man who was makeing the fresh juices at the front of the hotel.
He was also on reception when we checked in .

Blind on the bedroom window was broken & hanging off
& when i took a shower in the evening the water was lukewarm !!! Not so good in the winter time !!!
Restaurant area for breakfast is shabby & looks clutterd & the general feel of the hotel is tired & in need of a re-vamp..

Fantastic location right in the beach front.great view from the. Balcony.Bed was comfortable and room was warm.
Rooms are very tired.we booked delux sea view room.although clean.the shower was broke.mirror had large crack.flooring was very poorly laid and hairdryer old fashioned.water not very warm.

The accommodation has a pretty pool in the back also some slides for the kids. The beach is just upfront 50 meters away. Nice private parking.

Staff so friendly and helpful. Water slides, fantastic turkish and continental breakfast buffet, air-conditioning and family room with a sea view at such an amazing price! On site restaurant great value and good portions. Obviously you are not going to expect a 5-star hotel at this price, but I would choose this hotel over most others just for its warmth and value.

Hotel location is great, right on the sea front. Really good breakfast, really comfy bed, nice powerful walk in shower, great sea view
Not enough storage space, and although the bed was great it took up most of the room, making it difficult for 2 people to get ready at the same time.

The room I booked is a sea view room, my God, it's really next to the beach, it's so comfortable. Every day I fall asleep listening to the sound of the Mediterranean waves crashing on the beach. In the evening, you can also see the beautiful sunset, choose it, you can't go wrong!
