Really loved our stay it felt homely even with the loadshedding the only down side was miscommunication with breakfast BUT cos we selfcatered it was no trainsmash n our mood was 2 high up given we were celebrating a friend's BIRTHDAY...Tnx Libra n our pictures really marketed the place new clients loading

Breakfast was not organised for us we had 2 do it ourselves luckily we had everything

We left early for an event so missed breakfast.

Some maintenance required in rooms. Paint small repairs.

We were welcomed by Zanele ,,,she is soo lovely and helpful in everything we needed to be assisted with.....honestly we felt like at home

Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms, bathroom and shower clean. Safe parking area. Carboards very clean. Wifi and TV's very good.

The main door is semi transparent, sacrificing guest privacy. Fridge had old frozen take away. Blanket very old and stuffy. Bedroom carpet not clean. Curtains dirty and old. Compares very low with lodges of same price

The location was beautiful and very clean. There was no noise at all.

Tranguil garden and hostesses were extremely friendly and accommodating.

location is nice. quite close to a nice shopping centre.

it is very obvious that there is some maintenance required. kitchen was quite run down and dirty. the staff are more like maids than receptionist or guest house manager. they were friendly but not thoughtful and helpful. when we arrived about 3pm, our room and bathroom was still being cleaned. no iron in the room and the 4 irons in the kitchen were all not working. we had to wait to see a staff manager walk by until we got help. other than that if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and maybe have quiet time by the pool then this place is perfect. we sat up quite late and had drinks and we had absolutely no problems which was nice as well.

It was an uncomfortable unsafe environment for a family and a child to be exposed to.

The breakfast was horrible it had no taste, the waiter mixed up the orders that ruined our stay

Peace and quiet family had a good time swimming and playing games
