Staff in front is ok to communicate
1. I booked two rooms and 1 have mat which have smells...in booking photo it's doesn't look like it
2. No water bottles, or kettle for hot water, Only available one water dispenser for whole floor and at night and the water is not that much hot..
And in morning no water at all
3. Bathroom only have towels..not even have soaps which is basic fecilities
4. The heat water for bathing is very slow..I have to wait for half an hour to fill bucket...the shower option heated water not possible due to this

Only thing I liked was the hotel's proximity to the lake, nothing else
* Experience was exact opposite of Booking.com review. I realized it only after checking in. No room service.
* You need to bear the bad attitude of the staff (there was only one guy and he was the receptionist too).
* No telephone/intercom to speak to reception. You need to get the guy's personal number (he was like, please ring once, I won't pick calls from unknown numbers).
* The guy at reception doesn't know to deal with customers, nor knows how to speak to them politely.

Extremely disappointed with the stay. There was no room service , no current , room just had one small light as backup no hot water. The landline was not working. Luckily we were staying at first floor so could use the stairs as lift was also not working. Staff was extremely terrible.
We tried saying at reception that facilities are not upto the mark and the manager was least bothered and mentioned that just rate in the app. Being a stay at hilly station there was no hot water, no drinking water , no towels and soaps were provided. On asking at reception they gave us to take it ourselves. We booked the hotel just by seeing the ratings but the reality is different. There was no facility provided for the price paid for the stay.

The hotel automatically put my reviews as "10/10" upon check out which I got to know upon an email stating "Thanks for your review".
We had no to little electricity during our entire stay.
No concern was shown by the hotel staff and were very arrogant that they had a prime location.

First thing is when we reached the check in date, the hotelier denied the check-in saying that the booking was cancelled earlier by the hotel people...but we were not informed prior that our booking has been cancelled. After a 1 hour long fight with Fab customer care service they provided us the room not the one which we booked but below that category of room type.
There was no electricity, No water bottles in room. We asked for Cutlery "Plates,bowl & glasses" but they were not having that also. Hotelier/staff was taking too much time in arranging or doing 1 single thing we asked.

Staffs were not professionals.
Before delivering the room to a customer, there is no proper inspection.
There was leakage in toilets, health faucets were not good. Toilet was dirty.
There was no lock for rooms. The condition of locks in rooms were terrible.
I was forced to change my room due to bad condition of rooms and toilet.
Restaurant was not clean.
The other people who took the rooms were shouting at the reception due to the bad services provided by the hotel.
Fab is cheating customers by putting wrong photos of rooms in Online platform.

Only cot n bed
No hot water, dirty red colored cold water coming from the tap , had to call reception guy n maintenance guys many times. He was telling noone complained inspire of witnessing everything. I told him to check review in which already someone highlighted about hot water issue ... power failed once...restaurant is not upto the mark except coffee was good . ,over all I won't recommend this hotel to anyone !!

Parking facilities need to be improved. Car parking area located in the steep area which is difficult to park.

Good part was spacious room and the location. Room was clean when we checked in. Room service is fine. Front desk staff were good... As we were scheduled to leave late evening they gave one room to freshen up in the evening. It was of a great help.
Even though taste was ok..ok type.... breakfast options were very very limited. We didn't like dining cleanliness. Next day we had breakfast outside.
Even though we called them to send house keeping people to clean the room no one came ....House keeping staff never turned up till we vacate the room after 3 days.

Fab hotel group is a big cheat. Took money in advance and cancelled the booking 1 day before. FAB has not paid the advance back yet.
