The property was very clean and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special.
The air conditioning in the room had an auto shutoff feature that I didn’t fully understand how to bypass but it stayed cool for the majority of the time.

How nice the front desk women were.
How dirty the room was. Slept in a bed that had dried blood on the comforter and pillows plus the walls.

People at front desk were very helpful. I liked the modern look, nice rooms, lobby, and beautiful patio area.
When I booked my room I purchased your Breakfast PKG. the waitress wanted
to charge for our breakfast $14.95 each then she said $10.95 each. We only had coffee and pastry. I went to front desk to complain and
verified that our breakfast was included, it was. She backed off. She was very annoying!!

Tremendous property. We were there for playoffs and previously dance competition. Pricey for more than a night but very clean and nice amenities

I loved the cleanliness of the room and the refrigerator. The staff were so nice to me and my son!
The payment. When I went to book online it was one payment but when I checked in the next day the payment double by $40 on top of an incidental fee which wasn’t a problem but I wish it is stayed that there will be extra charges.

The room was clean, quiet, and very spacious. The hotel was located near many good restaurants.
The bed was not very comfortable. It was too soft. The AC was set to auto so often either the heat or the air conditioning was blowing. The shower was large and had both an overhead and a hand held shower head, but the water pressure wasn't great. Nothing was really horrible, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The property is beautiful, the location was ideal and the lobby staff was very accommodating.
The housekeeping was subpar. We checked in on Saturday. Upon entering the room, the beds were made, however, there was hair and other debris on the floor. The furniture was extremely dusty and the air conditioning and heating vent appeared as though it had not been dusted since installation. On Monday, housekeeping came in and made the bed, took the trash that was overflowing and provided us with towels.
