Location Staff are very friendly and room was clean

The property is dated and no atmosphere. Manager was rude and Inhad to cut my stay short and leave early due to unforeseen circumstances. She was not understanding and refused to even giving me a 50% refund for the unused nights.

The sea view from the second night only after complaining about what we booked and what we got.

We booked a room with a sea view. We got a room with street view. There was almost no cold water in the shower. The kitchen is under construction, they can not even sell n cold drink to you. They do not have. Breakfast is terrible. They are Halaal. The egg will bounce of the wall. The mutton sausage is so spice from the Indian spices. Coffee and tea is out of small packets. Not even a coffee machine. The place feels dirty. There is no atmosphere in the hotel. The walk in specials is a lot lees than the price from Booking.com

I liked almost nothing about the place. Very expensive and not much to show for it.

When I arrived, they had changed my room from the sea facing room which I requested because we’re inlanders and I decided to spend a bit of money to give my 6 year old boy a taste of how the other half lives - waking up to sea views, something I’ll probably never be able to afford. When we get there, The lady pretends that she’s only become aware RIGHT THEN that the room was given to someone else and they placed me and my son in a crappy hovel overlooking the postage stamp of a parking lot. I was livid that they made me come all the way there when they called me not half an hour before to confirm that I was coming. Damn these people to hell for ripping me off on a special occasion.

The electricity was off a lot of the night when I needed the air vonditioner. The solar was good for nternet and lights and TV, but didn't run air cons or kettle

The rooms are well styled and comfortable

The reception area and restaurant is not maintained well. Those areas appear to be aging. The food at breakfast was below average

Close to beach

Poor shower No coffee machine at the hotel restaurant...only instant coffee. Hotel is just not worth the cost...give it a miss.
