close to the beach, close to Old Town, nice apartment, there is everything what you need

swimming pool and common area you can not do anything, few times per day it was told us that something is not allowed, something is not possible, something is prohibited. 3 days with temperatures more than 35 degrees we were not able to use sun umbrellas because of the wind, so it was not possible to stay outside without an umbrella we had to go apartment. It was thru that it was a little bit windy but I think the most important aspect is that equipment (sun umbrella, sun beds) is very low quality, for sure it is not professional and also there is not a lot of equipment. few umbrellas and just a few sun beds. We had to go before 11 (the swimming pool is open at 11) to take umbrella and sun beds after 11 was not possible. Pity because the area is very nice.

bit of a walk in to main Benidorm

From initially booking the apartment , the owner organised pickup and departure transport facilities for us, 4 adults in a nice Mercedes transporter taxi. When we arrived at the apartment block we were greeted with a representative and we were shown what facilities was available to us. The description on the website is exactly as expected. The balcony has a great view as the apartment is on the 14th level. All the pools at the time were not opened and was restricted to the heated pool only However on the 1st of June, all access to the pool facilities were then made available. There was never a problem getting sunbeds and there was a friendly welcoming bar to furnish you with drinks. Even the security guard on the night shift was friendly and would gladly help you with any shopping or even come to open the door for you, he was very courteous. There is a bit of a downhill walk to the beachfront from the complex which is only a few minutes walk, if anyone who has any issues with walking especially back up hill, there are seating facilities all the way up to give you a rest which in my view is a great idea. plenty eating and shopping facilities available around the area and its so much peaceful and quieter at the levante end. Great bus service if you want to go further afield, bus stop is on main road at rear of complex we used the number 2 bus to go into Benidorm new town four adults cost 6 euros 20 cents each way. We found that the beaches on pontiente side were immaculate and well looked after, there were even exercise classes on the beach where many older people used to join in. The promenade is nice and flat and again has many seating areas to rest if you wished. Overall, everyone will find their own personal things to write about, when they get out and about. We had a fantastic time and I'm sure you will not be dissapointed in the apartment and surrounding areas.

Just stunning, great views, spotlessly clean and LOVED the heated pool and jacuzzi.

Nothing really, only suggestion would be to have some towels for the pool otherwise you need to bring or buy one.

Beautiful apartment and large sun drenched terrace. Exactly as the photographs and description. Immaculately presented. Perfect location for Poniente beach and old town Benidorm. Heated outdoor pool with sun loungers. 2 jacuzzis. Pool bar. Lovely new well maintained complex. Easy communication for access and departure. We look forward to returning and will be recommending to our friends and family.
