This ultra custom 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath, architect-designed family vacation home was built for entertaining! The main floor features a large open kitchen/dining/living area with a wrap-around breakfast bar plus a large dining table, a very comfortable living area with a gas fireplace to cozy up to, a DVD/VHS/Monitor, a card/bumper pool table, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a separate study/quiet room. In addition, the main floor includes the primary bedroom with a 1-king-sized bed, plus a full bath en-suite. There is also a separate sauna room and another 3/4 bath. Stepping down into the first floor, you'll discover one bedroom with 2-full sized beds, one bedroom with a 1-queen sized bed plus 1-set of bunk beds with a full-sized bottom bunk, a family room with a sitting area plus a DVD/VHS/Monitor, and a shuffleboard table, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and one full bath. Outside the main floor is a privacy deck with a hot tub and a gas grill. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 11 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground!
