Master Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds and a flat screen TV. The en suite master bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. The guest bathroom also features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. This condo is on the fourth floor (5 floors in Summit House). Enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountain from your private balcony! Make yourself at home in the nicely decorated living room. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a gas fireplace. Watch a Blu-Ray movie on the 46 inch flat screen TV or play some board games with the family. The well appointed and recently updated kitchen is perfect for cooking all of your meals at home. The dinning room table has seating for 6 people. Summit House has two laundry rooms in the building. Your private ski locker is on the ground floor as you enter the building. There is a covered car port parking spot for 1 vehicle, this is an assigned spot. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional fee during the winter, summer is free. Center Village is the main base area for Copper Mountain. There are many great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The American Eagle Chairlift accesses intermediate terrain. The American Flyer has some green terrain, but all first timers or beginners need to take the bus to West Village or walk to Green Acres. Green Acres is only a few minute walk and is a great learning area. There is no A/C in any of our properties. PARKING: Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. Most rental properties have parking space for one vehicle only. To avoid towing or a ticket, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking, an Alpine Lot permit can be purchased for $20 per night from the Resort. You can pay through a QR code or at the kiosk, which is located in the Alpine Lot.SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation.
