This apartment is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath at the Property Manager. The apartment is conveniently located right next to Aspen Mountain and just steps away from the gondola and Aspen town. The apartment is about 1200 square feet. The Main bedroom has a King bed, with an ensuite bathroom. The Guest bedroom has two Twins. The updated kitchen and living room have a nice open floor plan. There is seating at the bar of the kitchen island. The Living Room has a comfortable sofa with a TV, and wood burning fireplace. There is an extra bonus area off the living room that has a sleeper sofa and the dining room table. This apartment has a washer/dryer. The Property Manager offers complimentary coffee & tea and toiletries for the apartment during your stay. Enjoy all the Property Manager amenities while staying in this apartment: housekeeping, Wi-Fi, parking, Health Spa and Fitness Center, outdoor hot tub and pool, a full concierge desk, bellman services and business center services.

A Beautiful property, wonderful staff, great location - easy walk to town.
Staff places emphasis on customer satisfaction. Housekeeping service, concierge, they will even pick up food take-out orders and deliver to your door.

The staff are fantastic
Andy, Sabrina, and Jess were fantastic to work with. The cleaning staff were friendly, efficient, and thorough. The drivers all had personality and were pleasant to engage in conversation.
I am the head of our company, and we do not have the consistency of excellence from the top to the bottom of our team. Other than this review, our stay was so easy and relaxed that until this review I didn’t think about work.
My only criticism would be the quality of the furnishings. The age of the facility cannot be helped, but an update of the mattresses and sofas would be appreciated.
We are repeat customers and will be again. The staff and location will bring us back.

Great Location, walking distance to shops and slopes
Condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us the 5 nights we were there. We loved the wood-burning fire place and the proximity to Aspen mountain gondola and shops/restaurants. Also, the cleaning team did a great job of cleaning and preparing the room everyday while we were out enjoying the slopes and shopping!

Delightful stay in Aspen
Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) just got home from a lovely stay at Aspen Alps. The condo was clean, spacious, modern and the kitchen was well appointed. The pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids. The fitness center exceeded expectation. As for the location, Aspen Alps is in town, backing up to the mountain, close to all the restaurants and stores and just a few steps from the gondola. Can’t wait until next year.
