Great location and rental! pictures doesn't do this place justice! nice little backyard for a bbq. it's a lot bigger than expected. only complain is that they didn't have a hair dryer but not a deal breaker.

The Norswing rental worked well for 5 adults and 4 children. The nearby playground was a bonus.

Had a wonderful time at this rental, place fit 9 people comfortably (1 on a couch...). Nice home, huge garage that fit 8 motorcycles easily, and the location was incredible - blocks from the beach! Clean and well maintained, I would recommend this rental! Property mgmt company also very helpful, available pretty much any time, and professional. THANK YOU!

Overall it was on "ok" house. It was close to a mini mart store to small quick items. The Mexican restaurant Nextdoor was nice to be close to. The walk to the beach isn't too bad. The house felt a little dirty as soon as you walked in. The carpets are very worn and dirty, don't walk barefoot. There was dust everywhere and cobb webs in the skylights. The master bedroom bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on with a huge dip in the middle. So this place is good for a couple days but if you want to stay a week I would recommend choosing another place.

This rental was a great place for our family to gather together after 6 months apart. The home was clean, with very nice outdoor areas; the property is safe and the street is very quiet. It is within walking distance to the dunes and the County park/Oceano lagoon, which is a nice bonus. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans and plates/cups. The appliances work well. The house has an alarm that is a little tricky, and there are no instructions left for how to manage it, describe other house quirks. There is also no wi-fi available (that we could identify). The master bed is very soft and a bit creaky. The bedrooms have skylights, so if you have an infant or child that will be sleeping in the same room as you and wakes easily to sound or light, I would pack a sound machine and find a way to create darkness for them. None of those things impact our rating - they are just mentioned for your consideration. It's a bit annoying to have to drive into Pismo to pick up and drop off keys, rather than just arriving at the home. Still - the house is great! We'll be back.

This company will never give full deposit back, they are very smart in looting renters money. customer service was great . House owner was spying around my rental house for all time we stayed there. never rent property at norswing drive, Oceano. go somewhere else. Save money by staying away from costal vacation rentals. or rent a motel.
