There is tile floor throughout the living area with carpet in the bedrooms. The large patio and pool area invites to island style outdoor fun. There is a propane gas grill for cookouts. A great central location gives you easy access to the beach on White Ave and the free trolley. This house comes even with a beach cart and two bikes. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities. This home requires a 28-night minimum stay.
