Crowne Plaza is a very nice hotel that is clean and the staff is wonderful! Fun pool area for the kids and a great restaurant on the property.

Not microwave in the rooms, the bathrooms are small and you can hear everyone talking outside de rooms.

The breakfast was great but not kid friendly; waffles with orange zest in them, no chocolate milk.

Kids loved indoor play area, enjoyed so many pillows!!

Wait staff for breakfast was very slow. Over an hour wait for a poor breakfast.

Love the Waterpark, pool, and hot tub being so close together so I can keep and eye on my kids from anywhere!

Needed a microwave in the room

The staff was incredibly rude, checking in, we were rudely half ass greeted, in the morning I asked about breakfast and I inconvenienced the 2 gals for breathing apparently. when I called and asked for a late check out I asked about breakfast and I was told it was free because I was a rewards member and when I asked the gal at the front desk she told that was not even true and was beyond rude and basically dismissed me. The kindest staff was the pool team.
