Staff gentile e cordiale. Posizione centrale da cui si può raggiungere in pochi minuti Milano Marittima ed in 15/20 Cervia. L’ascensore non era funzionante ma ci hanno avvisato anticipatamente trovandoci una camera supeiore rispetto a quella prenotata.

Non andava il riscaldamento ( Purtroppo faceva freddo con questo tempo ponte del 25 aprile) E poi non ha funzionato l' ascensore

Camera era piccola non c’era spazio per muoversi e il balcone non era un balcone

Unico punto positivo i ragazzi che lavorano all interno della struttura che hanno fatto di tutto per accontentare le richieste degli ospiti ( dovute soprattutto al freddo e al fatto che sino al giorno prima l albergo era stato chiuso e avevano aperto solo per il ponte del 25 aprile)sempre con gentilezza e il sorriso sulle labbra

Le foto delle camere,che si vedono, non rappresentano la realtà. Hotel vetusto, camere sporche, infissi talmente vecchi da far entrare vento e freddo, tapparelle rotte e coperte degli anni 70 ( ovviamente niente piumoni sul letto), vecchie e sporche...troppe 3 stelle. Alla mia richiesta di averne un'altra per il letto di mia figlia mi è stato detto che il giorno dopo sarebbero andate a comprarle perché non si aspettavano un freddo così....ma si può????

hotel bellissimo! situato in una via principale stra vicino al centro e ad un passo dalle spiagge. colazione buona, semplice ma buona. super consigliato!

Super location, clean room and helpful staff, good breakfast (would be great more selection of vegetables).

The location is perfect, the nearest beach is around 200 meters away from the entrance. For parking, the staff registered our car, so it was parked on the street a few blocks away, but we didn't have to pay for it.

The location was fantastic! We had an amazing view of the sea and the sunrise was really something special that we will remember of our stay. The room was very nice and bed was quite comfy.

We had to wake up quite early for our check-out, and unfortunately the hot water wasn't working, so we had a lukewarm shower. That was the only negative aspect.
