The apartment is quite big with a terrace and the view from the terrace is great as shown in the description. Easy to park the car in front of the apartment and the kind attention from the staff is a plus!
In addition, everything needed for a laundry is available at the apartment. Thanks to that, we could have laundered our clothes without spending an extra money.

The apart-room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. . It was also well equipped with all the kitchen and washing stuff you might need . The manager Chalar was usually on hand and was very helpful - often helping us to order takeaway meals delivered to the property (as you need a local phone number to order off the app which we didn't have).
The view from the room is very pleasant and the surroundings are quiet and partly residential.
The location is the only factor one should be aware of: Nakas Suites is situated around a 15 minute walk from the centre of Fethiye - but there are mini buses that you can hop onto as well. The neighbourhood is party residential and generally it is very quiet (although that may change during peak season in the summer).
If one wants a quiet location outside town it's perfect. But if one prefers a bit of hustle and bustle then that's not here . But, one would be hard pressed to find such tastefully decorated apart-rooms anywhere else. It's a great choice in general.

It’s location by the harbour as well as being a good size made for a great stay. It was clean and well equipped with great views. Importantly the bed was comfortable.
We were also looked after by our hosts who gave us recommendations on where to go and what to see. A very big thanks to you both!

Fantastic view and very spacious apartment. Checking in (2 minutes) was simple. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The apartment has everything you need.
The apartment is 3-5 kms from the main city centre. You have to drive in to Fethiye which has a shortage of parking. It's a little too far to walk in the summer heat.

The location and view are perfect. the accommodation has thought of everything, Turkish coffee machine, Turkish tea machine, grill, oven and all kinds of cutlery, you name it and they have it.
We come from the hotel world ourselves and can say with certainty that the room is perfectly clean, there was not a speck of dust to be found. The staff is also very nice and always ready to help you.
Take the room with the jacussi on the roof, you will certainly not regret it.

Outstanding place. Highly recommend! We had the apartment with large terrace and it was very clean, modern and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen was well stocked and the room had a great view of the harbour. A big wall between the rooms outside so we had good privacy.
The staff are amazing. Even though we arrived really late because of the intercity bus we used but the staff member Melis was there to give us our keys and even carry our heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs which was really nice. She gave us advice on what to do in Fethiye and her and the other staff were very helpful and responsive when we had questions.
Good location but need to take the dolmuş (mini-bus) or taxi to get to the main town or the beaches.

the room was perfect! view is incredible, location is in quiet area but still close to restaurants and city center. we also got discount in some restaurants for saying that we stay in nakas suites.
no elevator but we got help from the receptionist/host to carry our luggage, but other than that, everything else was perfect!

I was a bit worried booking this as it was last minute and I didn’t do much research but upon arrival was over the moon with my choice. I was also worried it may be cold due to the time of year but the central heating was on constantly so the room was the perfect temperature! Everything was amazing, the bed and sofa bed were really comfortable. We had two pillows each and a choice of quilt and blankets. The views were stunning and having a kitchen area was a massive bonus, it had plenty of appliances! The location was brilliant as it was just out of Fethiye which was within walking distance but there are also busses constantly running past the end of the street. Loved everything about this place, could live there permanently!

beautiful view from all suites, attentive staff, great cleaning, new, comfortable furniture, location is a bit out so quieter, and easy to get around with the dolmus stop 1/2 blk away.
Still needs a bit more furniture - living room end tables, lamps and one side of the bed has no bedside table. Minor inconveniences only, and very pleasant as is.

Loved the location, the space itself was very spatious, clean, had all the things we needed. The staff were extremely nice and helpful.
My wife and I got a few bruises from the corners of the bed frame hitting our legs when walking around it.. Pretty minor complaint though.

— incredibly friendly and helpful host, who arranged a late check in for us and answered all our questions in great detail
— very good location: right next to the marina, a lot of good cafes and dinner places are at a walking reach
— cool bonuses: the property has a discount deal with some restaurants)
honestly, I can’t name any drawbacks) the wifi is not that good maybe, but that’s basically a universal thing here

Felt like home so comfortable the only thing I would ask is put dressing robes in room and decent coat hangers but the stay was just amazing loved watching the wild boar 🐗 at night running down the street o and a lamp needed in living room area

We really enjoyed the property. Was spick and span. I loved the location as it is less than 1km from main marina. Quiet at night and grocery store is located just 50 meters away

Clean, fully equipped modern apartment with lovely view over the harbour. A little away from the centre but easy to access by local bus every 10 minutes. Quiet location and easy to park if you have a car.
