Провели чудесный отпуск в прекрасной квартире! Можно с уверенностью сказать, что Вы будете себя чувствовать здесь как дома! В 5-ти минутах есть всё, что нужно для счастья - море, пляж, парк, зоопарк, музей, магазины. Если хотите посетить магазин, в котором есть всё, от еды до канцелярии, то в 10-ти минутах шикарный супермаркет Sklavenitis. Что касается квартиры, то здесь тоже есть абсолютно всё для того, чтобы жить семьёй или приехать с друзьями - двуспальная кровать, две односпальные кровати, диван в гостиной. Есть много полотенец, сменное постельное бельё, куча посуды для готовки: тарелки, чашки, кастрюли, сковородки. Да, даже терка, картофелечистка и штопор! Техника в прекрасном состоянии: варочная панель, духовка, кофемашина, тостер, микроволновка, а также бытовая техника - утюг, пылесос, стиральная машина! Мы успели воспользоваться абсолютно всем и всё прекрасно работало. А когда мы нашли "сундук с сокровищами", радовались как дети) Настолки - это то, что надо для жарких будней и спокойных вечеров) А какой чудесный балкон с видом на море и проплывающими паромами по утрам. Если повезет, то можете услышать концерт в театре под открытым небом! Нам повезло) Но не переживайте, в 22.00 отбой у всей громкой музыки и спать можно спокойно! Благодарю за прекрасную атмосферу уюта и комфорта в этой чудесной квартире ☺️

We had a (mostly) great experience in Hawaii 41. The apartment is light, airy, quite spacious, clean and mostly well equipped. The position is great with a 5 minute walk to the seafront and an open vista view over the municipal park. Cooking facilities are all you need for prep and cook simple meals. Plenty of hanging space in bedrooms. Second WC room was handy. Balcony at front is a good size; two of you can eat outside. Street outside is fairly quiet but you will hear occasional traffic noise with open windows. Beds are in good condition. WiFi was 120 Mb/sec Best of all, Kristina the rep from management company Sky Universe was brilliant. So helpful, cheerful and welcoming. On the day we arrived the rain was torrential and despite the fact she was working alone that day she still gave us all the help and information we needed. On the last day she was flexible on check-out time, she dropped by to say goodbye, have a chat and collect the keys. She even booked a taxi to Paphos airport. And always smiling. Speaks good English, Greek. Understands Russian.

Oh dear - The elevator in the block is in poor condition. The doors don't close properly and the whole thing shakes and rattles. Kristina assured us it's safe (I hope she's right!) but you can hear it loudly through the apartment walls too. Disconcerting. Also, water pressure is quite low; you'll be slightly disappointed if you like a monsoon shower experience

The location is great - right in front of the park and 10 minutes walk from Molos embankment. Supermarket is in 5 min walk, pharmacy is even closer.

I'm not going to quibble over small things - they are so minor. Maybe an elevator was a bit noisy and the parking place was a bit narrow. But overall it didn't bring a lot of inconvenience.

The host is super helpful and came in time though it was earlier then usual check-in time. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need, including detergent and board games. Location is super nice and there is a great park view from the balcony.

The host is awesome and the apartment is exactly what we saw at the booking.com All the required appliances are there, the area is clean. Close to the restaurants and for sure to the beach and promenade - nice location.

Lift looks not too healthy ;) It was broken 2 times, but was repaired quickly.

Several times I have stayed in Limassol- and this apartment is the best. Location is perfect- by the sea, close to the park and zoo, as well as shopping and cafe area. Apartment itself is completely new and stylish. There is everything you need even including beach towels and board games. The host is very welcome and provided me with everything that I need for the baby. Will definitely recommend it for my friends and will book it for myself next time.
