beside the bed in the room next to the master bedroom. everything was ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!

Problems started soon as arrival my name wasn’t put on my unit at the gate, took over an hour and a half to get no where( the guard felt sorry for me and let me in 🤫) My room was dirty when I arrived, TVs would work for a little bit and then shut off, there was a problem with the front door and locks it took forever to get assistance. no property manager onsite to talk with and when you call the Vacasa phone line you may or may not get a call back just depends what your complaint ticket is.

Overall the amenities were as expected. Loved that I was able to be close to the family we were meeting up with. The couch was comfortable.

I was not able to gain access to the beach equipment as promised. Keys that were given did not work anD no one came to address this issue even after i called to let them know. The garbage disposal did not work no one came to fix it. My husband was able to fix it. I was not able to bring my dog when other vacationers were. One of the smoke detectors was not functional safety violation.
