The staff Terry was really very nice and friendly and extremely helpful. He basically helped to brief us of how to go and what he feels is the best method to travel/way to go to and fro the attractions, and how to navigate the attractions. His briefing was extremely helpful and could tell that he was very sincere in helping us and was willing to answer all our questions. Will definitely go back in the future.

The heater (aircon) could be a bit stronger as it was cold

Отель очень маленький, ощущение что приехал в гости. Владелец отеля и он же главный сотрудник, прекрасный человек. Он всегда предлагал свою помощь: забронировать билеты в национальный парк, советовал места куда можно сходить, все рассказывал с большим энтузиазмом. Организовал нам очень милое пространство для вечерней посиделки на крыше. Очень приятный и отзывчивый человек!

Номер был не очень чистый, в душе сломалась лейка и шумоизоляции нет вообще. Но это никак не помешало нам насладиться отдыхом, потому что мы там только ночевали, а днем надо было успеть посетить все достопримечательности. Утром из окна открывался прекрасный вид на горы.

Staff was very helpful and responsive over WeChat! Great recommendations for food. Steven helped us with laundry, which we appreciated. Loved the high lofted ceilings.

While the aesthetic of the room is photogenic, the bathroom didn’t seem well maintained - water leaks from the faucet, the shower barely got hot, and the vent didn’t work well so the bathroom had a smell after use. We let Steven know so hopefully it’ll be fixed for the next guest! The bed was on the firmer side and blanket was a little thin. Because it was a big room, we had to run the heater continuously to keep the room warm during the cold days or just stay in bed! The property is probably more convenient for someone with a car - not the most walkable location for food and attractions.

Close to Tianshanmen and airport. Includes washing machine which is a scarcity. Knowledgeable host, super helpful in getting around. Recommended!

The bed was soft and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful, willing to help us plan our itinerary and make the most of our stay! A comfy chill out area downstairs with a rooftop hangout area on top of the bar.

The bathroom in the room was quite pungent.
