The host was great and provided a very comprehensive introduction to the property which was useful. The property itself was very clean and comfortable, no issues whatsoever
We arrived in Thurso on a dreary (wet) Sunday; not much was open, and so our experience of the town itself wasn't optimal. However, this was not the fault of the accommodation - again, no complaints there

House was ideal for overnight stay. Very clean and well furnished. Easy access to door key on arrival. Very nice house. Will definitely use again myself and would also recommend to friends.
Only thing for my party being a bit older was the steep stairs, but that would not be a deal breaker for return visit.

The house was lovely it had everything we needed. It was comfortable and we enjoyed reading the history. It was easy to find.

It was nice to have the whole house after several nights of just rooms. It was nicely furnished, conveniently located ( we walked to explore Thurso and find food), the host was responsive to our needs. My bed was wonderful.
It was advertised as having four separate sleeping places. Since I’m traveling with my adult children I was booking only places that would allow for no one to share a bed. The host had made the assumption that two of us would sleep in the double bed and hadn’t provided bedding for the futon. When requested, he did provide bedding but charged £10 more.

Very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable lounge and beautiful bathroom
Bathroom was downstairs, not great for 60 year olds needing night time visits. Dishwasher not working and a tumble dryer would be useful for wash on NC500.

The location was great for us. Close to the ferry to Orkney and easy to find in Thurso.

A nice property, perfect for a night along the North Coast 500. The host was friendly and efficient and very prompt at answering any questions. We would definitely stay again.

Better directions to the free car park would be an added bonus! "adjacent" is a bit vague.
