Closeness to ocean

Owner controlled thermostat and regularly came by the property then asked for additional cleaning fee because we had service dogs even though we paid a cleaning fee. If it wasn't for Leah at Evolve the management company it would have been a zero across the board I could have stayed in a tent and had a better experience. The owner said we left things behind in the closet but that wasn't ours so the place wasn't cleaned properly before we came obviously.

The beaches were better than Key West without the extra 5 hours of driving. Clear blue water, free snorkeling at bath tub beach (during high tide only) and even better snorkeling at Phil foster park just 50 minute drive south at Blue Heron bridge also FREE. Multiple fishing piers within a short drive and a bait shop less than 10 minutes away called Snook Nook. We did great fishing in Fort Pierce inlet at Jetty park 20 minutes north.

A mattress topper would be great to add because I prefer a softer mattress over a firm.
