the property wasn't located where it showed when I booked it. it was 5-6 miles north in the boondocks and you could hear the road noise from the two bedrooms which was disrupting for sleeping

I loved how clean and comfortable the place was. I also loved that there were so many bathrooms. That made getting up and going easy for everyone. I loved being able to rent ebikes onsite and that we were close enough to Snow Canyon to access it by bike.
I really wished there would have been a hot tub onsite rather than a bit of a walk away. I also wished the hot tub that was part of the facilities would have been hotter.

I loved everything about this property. it was stunning. Definitely felt like I was home. Such a comfortable feeling there.

Very nice house, well kept and furnished with all the kit needed for a wonderful stay.
We had an issue with the BBQ, I called the central office number which was provided on the welcome email. Nobody was there despite trying several times, it made evry clear support was just available 9-5 weekdays. Therefore I left a message leaving my local mobile number (I had purchased a local SIM card) - never heard back. On my return I realized they texted me back on the original mobile number I left on booking. Likewise, the last night the neighbors threw a huge party and we could not sleep. We did not know who to call to complain and no info had been provided regarding out of hours support. Finally, it is a lovely house but please keep in mind that the back yard is facing a highway, not too busy but clearly wasn't clear from the pictures.

Spacious, clean, good location.
Couldn’t use the fire pit the first night because the gas line was disconnected. Maintenance came and fixed the problem the following day.

I travelled to St George to have my wedding in a red rock dessert and this accommodation couldn’t fulfill more my dream. It has everything you need for a group stay. Best stay ever.

It’s a great place with many positives. Nice house in community with a shared pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of space and great for groups to enjoy the living space and outdoor terraces.
