Unfortunately I paid for 4 nights, when I got to the apartment I only resisted for 20 minutes and left the place. When I started to put my things away I went to the bathroom and it was obvious that they had not cleaned there were hairs in the soap water on the floor, dirty wc. Then I checked the kitchen, the floor was sticky, my slippers were sticking, the stove was dirty, dripping with food, the dishwasher too. Dirty water glasses. Bed linen dirty with paint. I told the owner that no one had cleaned the place and he just told me that he would send someone to clean the next day. Which seems ridiculous to me, if you are paying for a service that is the least you should worry about, unfortunately I lost all my money and I had to go to a hotel I just wanted to get out of there. Do not rent in this place to save money, you may get an unpleasant surprise. Just pay a little more, which is not that much, and look for a hotel where you have the basics. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Excellent Apartment. Clean and Comfortable. George the owner is very nice. Good location in Naama Bay👍 Also 10 minutes taxi/minibus ride from old market/Sahaba Mosque. We loved our stay here. Highly recommended. We will be back. Thanks alot George for a great stay.

It has no WiFi. Guests have to pay for the WiFi which we didn't like. Need to have free WiFi. Its a necessity now a days. Hopefully George will install WiFi soon so guests don't have to pay extra. He promised us that he is working on it and WiFi should be working soon so let's see when I visit next time what I find!

The only thing I liked was that the hotel was in a beautiful location, close to the airport and with a pool view.

It is possible that there is no such thing as general cleaning in the hotel.

L'emplacement avec la piscine juste à côté est super sympa. L'hôte est très gentil, très agréable. Il donne beaucoup de conseils également.

Dommage que la wifi ainsi que machine à laver et frigo ne fonctionnent pas.

The good location and the staff was super friendly.

There were no toilet paper, no garbage bin, no proper bedsheets, no hot water The shower floor was cracked and rotten wood were leaking from the crack when stepped on it.

The air conditioning was excellent, the apartment had a pool view and it had good television.

It was very expensive and not clean, the owner says the apartment’s capacity is 5 and it can barely house 3, it only had 1 large bed and 2 regular sofas so one of us had to sleep on the floor, the bathroom sink didn’t work, the odor of the apartment was very unpleasant. The apartment didn’t have a lake nor a mountain view as listed and the kitchen was very unclean. The apartment did not live up to its price which was very high.

Matress was really badly stained . It was not fit to sleep on and I did not. No Wi-Fi Had not seen a lick of paint or a new piece of furniture ?cooker etc in the last 30 years. Toilet would not flush. Hated it.would have gone elsewhere if I had not arrived at 0330hrz- so that would have been impossible. THere was no reception as the resort was partly sublet to this bloke who you only ever spoke to on the phone on arrival. When he wanted you out he sent an old arabto play music outside your door and he was unpleasant and could not speak English Vastly and by the way the picture of the room was like it must have been 30!yrs ago when it was last painted, I have stayed in a lot of places but a clean matress has got to be the minimum requirement. Have never known booking . Com to book such a place

It was a nice experience . The place is very cool with a perfect location in the heart of Naama bay . Service was amazing thanks to Mr. Rimon who was very helpful

The location is great, close to naama Bay, balcony overlooking the pool, good size apartment for up to 2 people.

Kitchen would benefit from a microwave and a freshen up.

Great location, nice pool view over large pool also a Quite resort. The host George was very helpful and always at the end of the phone if needed. Would definitely recommend him.
