we had a very good vacation, we stayed for a week. the food was very good, a lot of variety for every meal, so everyone could find something they liked. the staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel is right on the beach and it was perfect for a vacation with small children

We were there in the beginning of january 2023 and unfortunately the indoors pool had quite cold water, even the small pool for children was too cold for our taste. our kids wanted to be in the water anyway but we couldn't stay too long in the water

Food was great, everything was setup COVID safe. Staff was very friendly! Great for family/kids.

The Hotel and Spa were amazing, beautiful and everything was on point, all the staff were super friendly and fun! We can definitely recommend staying at this Hotel. Although the summer season just started and due to corona other hotels nearby were quite empty, but not this hotel which made it nicer. Everything was open (hotel services etc. even their delicious a la carte ottoman restaurant) as far as regulations allowed.

We were only surprise to not receive a response to schedule a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We organized a shuttle ourselves via booking.com to avoid getting ripped off at the airport. However, they organized an amazing VIP transfer back to the hotel for an amazing price.

Really great hotel, food is AMAZING!! Loads of lovely restaurants to choose from. All staff are super attentive and friendly. Special mention for the entertainment manager Murat.

The way to book the a la carte restaurants can be rather frustrating, a lot of people pushing in.
