Very welcoming staff,work,friendly and always ready to help.location was good for us but could be far away from nightlife if you like to be in the middle of it.

Air conditioning was not great and shower could have been better but nothing to complain about really.

The staff were fantastic the food was very cheap compared to other parts of the island the pool was just nice location was perfect loads of everything and if you want to party it’s up to ten euro in a taxi

Friendly staff, any requests such as extra pillows, iron etc were accommodated for and quickly. Great to have the restaurant and bar downstairs.

Bar and restaurant closed for one day which I thought was strange for August. Beds were hard but surprisingly helped my back.

rooms were much bigger than expected. staff were brilliant

the only thing was air con didn’t work the best in 1 room

The owners were polite at all times. The flat is large, beautiful view, and a large terrace. The beds are uncomfortable, the kitchen is really dirty, as well as the bathroom. We always made sure that we wash everything before using anything. Everything is old, very bad maintained but I guess the price is a factor for it. Overall was decent but not something we will book again.

The staff at their restaurant were polite apart from the lady taking the orders. She was constantly calling me "cariño" which is annoying. 1 example: I asked for 2 slices of toast and she kept telling me that they only do it until 1:30 PM not a minute after. It was almost 2 PM but making 2 slices of toast doesn't take hours. Every time she was coming to take our order, she would have a indolent attitude and behaving as she was doing us a favour and not her job. After eating there 3 times in 8 days, we did not put a step in again.

Apartments are clean, well equipped. Walls are not the thickest but it is fine. Outstanding personel, thoughtful (gave us a sun umbrella for our stay without us asking). When we had a problem, it was solved within one day.

We only stayed for a couple of nights. The staff were lovely but the accommodation was very basic and dated. Great for a young group on holiday. We did stay out of season though so that perhaps had an impact.

Furniture was very dated. Kitchen utensils weren't clean and cooker didn't work.

Amazing location and very good hosts. They know good English and we also tried to speak few basic Spanish with them.

There could be some more utensils for the kitchen.

Good location to stay if you want to stay far from central city.Very friendly Hotel staff/receptionist especially Diana !!!Bus stand H.Rievera and supermarket is just downstairs.
