We did not stay there,because it is a place that should never have been advertised on booking.com ever!
It looked spooky, no warmth at all!I thought that God sent me there so that they could have my money in order to buy food.A man was phoned to take me to their other guesthouse.Pls do not go there alone.

tenia estacionamiento cerrado
sucio,sabanas sucias, insectos zancudos en el interior, no se podia dormir, me tuve que aplicar repelente para dormir, la anfitriona demasiado dejada, cero comunicación o simpatia con el cliente, logre solo estar una noche y preferi arrendar algo mas. no se piden lujos, solo limpieza y una sonrisa al llegar.

I booked a room through online. And had a confirmation as well. But upon arrival to check in I was told that they don't have a room for me .Was told that they are fully booked. Guests have extended their stay. Yet I was not told about this .Especially considering that I booked two days prior check in date. I ended up stranded. It was the worst experience ever. It left a very bad test in my mouth. I was frustrated, annoyed, angry and disappointed with the management of the Guesthouse.

The room I got was a disaster! I had a bed where the coilsprings on the matress was a nightmare, I could feel it through the skimpy materials of the matress. I had to put the pillows on and sleep on the pillows. The next day my back hurt and pained and I called and talked to a lady and told her about it.

The breakfast was enjoyable and the place is very quite and clean.
The exit time should change to afternoon time , because 10am is early for us to leave.

Agreed price was 400 but when i got there it was 450 and we slept in an unlock door room

Location. Bed comfort. Privacy. Air-conditioning.
Dusty areas in the room and around the refrigerator. Shower curtains are dirty. No access to personal gate remote, as a guest I don't want to liase with the housekeeper/staff everytime I leave or return. Dirty electrical kettle. Broken mirrors. Rotten wardrobe boards and not entirely clean. Some of the staff is not receptive and professional. However some are kind, reasonable and easy-going, especially Melissa. I loved the privacy. Loved the accessibility to washing line outside. Clean linen and comfortable bed - that took the cup for me.
