Apartment 1420 (14th floor) is a large 1200 sq ft modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom premium corner unit with magnificent 180 degree views, 20-ft balcony, great room with full kitchen, dining area seats 8, living room and den which is converted to a bedroom. The convertible 4th bedroom acts as expansion of the living room for privacy sleeping in the evening, a very practical use of space for added sleeping. The unit has 2 Queen beds in the master bedroom, 2 adult twin single beds and a full size bed in the guest bedroom, 2 twins in 3rd bedroom (no window) and 2 twin beds in convertible den sleeping area. Upon request we can assemble two twins as a king double. Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 8 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to maximum of 11 guests. In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs.
