It was very clean and a perfect size for a family of 4. An easy walk to the main shopping strip and 5 mins to the beach
Was a bit surprised that it was upstairs!

Great shower. Spacious living area. Very close to Sawtell village and the beach.
Needed an extra dining chair, beds weren’t that comfortable.

so close to the beach and shops, great little apartment with full kitchen, laundry and 2 bedrooms. very cute set up
the washing machine was outdated and hard to use.
the aircon was mouldy and needed a service and had a really bad smell when was turned on.

Central to main town centre and required facilities.
Place was exceptionally clean, quiet and secure.
Garage security with remote for vehicle was a bonus.

The unit was perfect for our weekend away. We walked everywhere, it was close to the shops and pub and clubs. It was clean in a quiet location and would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Location was great, secure parking, prompt contact with host when required. Facilities were clean.
Hot water does run out towards the end of the evening after a few showers, heats up overnight though.

Location was good and in close walking range to Sawtell shops and beach, and quiet.
Some additional bread & butter plates would have been appreciated as there was only one plus some plastic kids plates. It didn't worry us greatly but I would expect a set of four to be normal.

Proximity to town centre and restaurants/shops is excellent. Very clean apartment with all basic kitchen utensils provided.
Direct and honest communication with the owner if there was a hic-cup. Good value for money.
No SMART TV and poor TV reception.
AC only in lounge making the bedrooms very hot, even with fans on, bedroom doors left open and AC left on all night.
