The place was great! The location was literally right off the side of the beach so in the daytime you could just look over to the ocean on your balcony! The best view is ocean view of course! We even had free chairs and umbrella for the beach! And it was my Mother’s Day gift which I ended up getting a few my hours after 11am check in and was extended for only $40 bucks more for check out time 3pm! Me and my family enjoyed our two days trip there I would definitely go again!
The only downside was one of the nights we wanted to get our car to get food Bcus the kids were hungry from parking and we waited outside for an hour before they found our car! I stayed outside with my kids and my daughter was already struggling with a little cold. There was a lot of breeze outside and I got very upset with the parking staff. Was not a nice situation! Oh yeah and the long wait when you have to get checked in to your room when you first arrive is another PAIN ! Other than that it was great 😊

El edificio es un poco antiguo, el valet parking esta llenísimo y el check in también un poco lento.

The location and the view from the penthouse. And a valet parking is also very nice. Easily accessible to the beach. The rooms are spacious.
The amenities could be improved a lot. The aircon is very loud which is located right above the entrance ceiling and leaking water. One of the chairs at the dining table is broken. The third room single beds are not comfortable at all. And this room is next to the elevator so it is noisy.

Personal wirkte genervt. Die Parksituation extrem chaotisch und unorganisiert. Hotel gebucht wegen dem Pool, der aber gesperrt war. Dreckig, alt sehr abgenutztes Hotel. Im Zimmer riecht es chemisch und ziemlich unangenehm.

Location to beach was great.
Pool working, when your room floods from another room and all your clothes get wet and you have to wash everything and lose a day of your 5 day trip is bad enough. But when you complain and mention it to the staff, you don’t even get a response back. Unacceptable!

The appartment is absolutely incredible! Such a peaceful and relaxing place with a stunning see view. The whole place was spotless and really easy to chill in + the magical sound of the waves and the beautiful sunrise. Very well located ! We wish we could have stayed so much longer than we did. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Muy masivo, en un momento el viernes por la noche los estacionamientos fueron sobrepasados por la cantidad de autos lo que implicaba estacionarse en un espacio público fuera del hotel..

Sempre fico em apartamentos no condominio! Gosto da localização, do valet parking e sempre escolho apartamentos com varanda e vista mar!
Desta vez me decepcionei com o quarto, pois colocaram uma parede no meio do quarto para transforma-lo em dois quartos! Ficou horrível, diminuiu o espaço e escureceu o apartamento! Alem disso os appliances da cozinha estavam em péssimo estado: o forninho imundo e velho, como os demais aparelhos! Os pratos, copos e talheres eram velhos insuficientes! Os batentes fas portas estavam danificados! Requer uma reforma urgente para alugar a esse preço! As camas eram boas! Mas não valeu o preço que paguei! Muita falta de zelo!

La atención de la recepción, deja mucho que desear, la pileta no estaba en funcionamiento ( no avisan que está en reparacion y cuando hay viento en la playa no tenes dónde tomar sol), mucha demora en la esperar mi vehículo( hay valet parking).

L'emplacement face à l'océan, la gentillesse des voituriers, et le parking inclus de fait, les dosettes de café, thé, et la qualité de la literie vraiment exceptionnelle.
La vétusté du logement, peinture à revoir, des ustensiles de cuisine en trop petite quantité, manque d'aération dans la salle de bain, la piscine en travaux. En même temps, le prix correspond au logement et je n'ai pas été surpris, la description correspond bien.

Excelente localização perto da praia e com transportes públicos na proximidade. Confortável e apartamento com reabilitação recente.
Não foi realizado limpeza do apartamento e nem tem utensílios básicos para o hóspede a realizar.

The view was really good, very comfortable beds and a decent room for the family. Beach access from the building. The building is a bit dated but decent enough. The parking staff were very responsive and good. The security team were also very quick in the verification and registration process.
The cooking utensils were really old and worn out. The Toaster was not working. The host was not reachable, they contacted only if they wanted to communicate, otherwise they never responded.

Great location
We entered a cockroach infested room in which they were crawling on the walls and floor. In addition fruit flies were present. We had to wait an entire night before receiving a room change. New room was 100% better but we deserved a refund for the utter distress we were put through. The host refused. We remain unimpressed and wouldn't rebook based on principle.
