Beautiful condo and location. Empty beach most of the time. Entertaining surfers. $5 uber ride pretty much anywhere in San Jose. Staff and owners (it's a condo complex) and other guests were all very friendly.

The all-night fiestas under the bridge next door were unbearably loud. The pool was chilly by mid afternoon and the hot tub was unpredictable (not always hot).

septic smell from time to time and street noise audible in the unit. seemed to echo in the hallway dining chairs too wide for the table.

The condo was wonderful! fantastic view both day and night of the endless ocean and spectacular beach. you can walk down to and actually get into the water on the beach, or if you prefer more still waters there is a pool and hot tub as well. There is a grocery store just a 5 minute cab ride away, and if you're lucky enough to be there when there is an art walk it is a must visit.

The only thing I disliked about my trip to Cabo was the distance from this condo that is situated in Cabo San Jose to Cabo San Lucas. it is about a 30 minutes cab ride and because it was my first time in Cabo I wanted to do all the tourist attractions, a cooking class, and go fishing, all or which are located in San Lucas.

Great location, wonderful apartment, helpful host. Can't be better
