موقع الفندق رائع ☺️ الاستقبال وقت الوصل كانو مميزين وماقصرت الاستاذة سوتلي ابقريد على الغرفة وهذا الشي فرحني حقيقتاً لانها فاجأتني 🥰 الغرف مميزة ومساحتها ممتازة جداً ونظيفه انا اغرمت بالروب ونسيت اطلب منهم يعطوني واحد 😉 خرجت بدري لاني مسافر لدولة قطر 🇶🇦 جربت الاكل حقيقتاً الشيف عندهم محترف اكله مره لذيذ 😋 طلبت دجاج برياني و برقر لحم وذقت عندهم الذ تراميسو 🍰 حاب اشكر كل طاقم العمل لانهم متعاونين وخدومين الله يسعدهم، ساعدوني في الطباعة وسرعة تسجيل الدخول وكذالك الخروج وعندهم امكانية ارسال الفاتورة على الواتس او الايميل وهذا الشي مره ريحني 😚 اوصل شكر خاص للاخ تركي 🙏🏼 طاقم سعودي في الاستقبال يهبلووون 🤩

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was in need of a thorough cleaning. They were limited in the tea/coffee department, should have had a coffee maker in the room. Should have provided a bottle of water. The TV channels were limited.

I was very surprised at the quality of the property and size of the room. The description under represented the quality of the room and property. This will be my new home in Riyadh as the location is excellent, including access directly off the main roads.

I had no complaints to be honest. I even found the catering to be exceptional and the staff was more than accommodating. I would say that the front desk should have a better knowledge of English.

المكان مريح صراحة ، الجناح اللي اقمت فيه نظيف الادارة مرنة من ناحية أوقات الدخول و الخروج ، ارسلولي رسالة انه اخر وقت للخروج الساعة 2 وهذه مبادرة طيبة منهم يشكرون عليها ، الفطور ممتاز ولحد الساعة 11 وهذا شي طيب

في البداية اخذت انطباع سيء بسبب انه الجناح كان في الطابق الأرضي موكيت الممر غير نظيف واعطاني انطباع عكسي

Breakfast was good. The coffee brew needs some improvement. The reception staff were courteous and very helpful Special thanks to Raghad, Mohamed and Khalid. The floor /room staff were helpful and full iif smiles. Suggest to have background quiet music in tbe ground floor and more sitting space

We had booked standard room for 2x nights stay and were upgraded to suite room on arrival and the room was very spacious and comfortable with all amenities.
