The rooms are spacious. It is a three-bedroom flat that can accommodate up to five people.
1: This name, "Conezion Putrajaya at IOI Mall," is misleading. It is a condo unit located 1.5 km away. I booked this flat because I thought it was inside or just next to the IOI Mall. This is actually a homestay style service, the host run a few units in a large private condo project.
2: There is no front desk, and I cannot even find this place on Google Maps. The host initially sent me many text messages in Malay. The host should know that my phone number is overseas, and my name is a Chinese name. They also sent the message too late, 1:30PM on the check-in day. I actually start driving at 8AM did my own research to guess and find a store nearby as my GPS destination.

3 bilik bersambung dengan bilik air,sangat selesa utk 6-7 org. Kami dapat upgrade ke apartment paling tinggi tingkat 31, udara yg segar,staff yg membantu,kedai2 bersebelahan bangunan,hanya perlu berjalan sikit. Ioi mall perlu menaiki kereta,tp kami tiada keperluan utk ke sana,just enjoy the view and fresh air. Can see the klcc if night time, day time we manage to see hot air baloon of putrjaya.

Bawah rumah ada banyak kedai yang memudahkan kita nak beli barang.
Parking terletak jauh dari rumah dan kena berjalan jauh sikit nak menuju ke rumah. Laluan dari parking kereta ke building agak seram sebab kena lalu parking lot bawah tanah. Kalau jalan seorang diri agak menakutkan.

location
everything is overrated. very disappointed. aircond, shower, water heater in both bathrooms not working. poor amenities. sofa & dining chairs are considered broken. furnitures dusty. kitchen pot rusty. no tissues, toilet paper & kitchen towels. bath soap???I don’t know what is filled in the bottle?? only dustbin is in the kitchen. the other small bin without plastic. toilet seat broken. parking was not properly designated there was slight dispute with another tenant. I didn’t have time to watch TV so not sure if it actually works or not. For that price — totally not worth it!!
