Location and the apartment is spacious

No lift to the 3rd floor ! Very very difficult to bring our heavy luggage up the stairs from the second floor . Be good if staff could allocate rooms on other floors due to big heavy luggage … ask prior to arrival

Location was the only positive aspect of the property.

I’ve never given such a negative review before but here we are… we were staying in the apartment 210 - when we first entered the apartment, the floor was dirty. There were some breadcrumbs and even someone’s clipped fingernails. The lady from the reception came to sweep it but unfortunately it wasn’t all. - there were towels for only one person even though we were two. On some of the towels we discovered stains. - stains were all over the apartment: on the bed sheets, on the bed itself, weird stains on the walls. We told the staff about it but no measures were taken. - we found a someone’s earplug (I guess it was an earplug) swimming in a vase. - a fly nest on the ceiling didn’t contribute to situation either - you could say having an electric kettle in the apartment (especially when it was advertised) is a bare minimum but it was not the case there. - when they came to bring us the kettle, they didn’t even knocked. Just simply opened the door and entered.. - there were also some minor inconveniences like broken hangers, noise from the streets or overall very dark room - when someone opened or closed the door from other apartment, out apartment would shake all the time.

Perfect location in the heart of the old town within walking distance to all tourist attraction places. Exceptionally clean!

Die Lage war perfekt.

Die Fehlende Kaffeemaschine… die es heute ja fast überall gibt. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lässt zu wünschen übrig. Rezeption war um 8:00 nicht geöffnet wie angegeben.

Amazin room. Roof top. My daughter liked the design and stairs so she can climb her seperate bed above. Everything was clean and there were enough equipments for kitchen. The shower is also quite big.

You need to walk for a few minutes. This is a handicap if you have big luggage.

Location was excellent

Was not as advertised apt 303. Said city view but only window in apartment was skylight. Did not state there were stairs to reach apartment. I have a hip bone disease and struggle with stairs, immediately asked to move but this was not accomodated which ruined my stay. Apartment lacked basics such as welcome items ie some tea or coffee sachets and milk. No information in apartment such as tv operation, local ameneties, wifi. Would not recommend this apartment, no openable windows so no fresh air, steps, no view whatsoever.
